I tipped him a little bit just because I really appreciate his craft and that there is still a typewriter repair guy open locally. The storefront is hard to find as the signage is faded away, but he IS still here and OPEN for business. I never had a hard time finding him in the store (even on a Saturday), but I would call first to make sure he is in the in just to make sure. Some reviews say the shop is in a shady area, but I am Long Beach born and bred and I urge you not to let these reviews deter you.
