Exactly one month ago I find them on Instagram. Wrote these guys asking if they can make one big Motorcycle lady Biker Patch. They replay Yes we can. Asked them if they can work from jpeg. Yes they can. Sent them image for references of how it approx should look on the garment and hi res photo to work with. Further asked them for quote. Agreed to the price and asked how can we proceed. They sent paypal email, I paid and set in excitement awaiting my patch. So here I am. Exactly one Month later, still no patch but bunch of ignored emails where I been asking politely when can I expect my patch. So I went to PP to open the case. Guess what? Now I got their attention. They said I only sent them low res image, provided no into on fond but! as soon as they know what fond I want it will take them 3 days to finish. Hmmm so it took them a month to figure out they need more info?? OooOk. My patience grows very thin but I doing my best in keeping my cool- "here is the fond for you guys. Helvética. Simple as that and just in case: here is same hi-res image and please confirm you receive all you need". Tadaaaaam here we come again. No confirmation email. 3 days later - still no patch. I say you know what... to the hell with this patch. I will order elsewhere but for my time wasted (Daytona 2018 bike week experience ruined most likely) I will hunt them with my negative feedback everywhere I can. Not sure if I been useful or not but since they asked for my email to sent a refund, it looks mine just got lost in bunch of open PayPal cases from unhappy customers. read more

We placed our order, and were promised it would be fulfilled in 2 weeks. Three weeks later, we followed up, with no reply. Finally we kept emailing them and commenting on Instagram, and they emailed us back at 5 weeks. They sent us a sample, it was nothing like what we had asked for, and upon asking why our design was different, they referred to what we wanted as "kindergarten work." Meanwhile, the sample they sent had loose threads all throughout the patch. We were offered a refund, and now it is a month after the last time we heard back from them, false promising that their refund check was sent via certified mail (of course they didn't provide any tracking). I wish I would've never trusted them. We spent $300 and we have one cheap hat and a bunch of false promises. What a scam. read more

Do yourself a huge favor and keep scrolling. These guys are liars and will give you the run around. We placed an order months ago for a run of hats (yes, months ago) and we have been told the hats are ready and then they suddenly aren't. Mind you, these are the follow ups when I reach out to ask about the status of the order. They don't have the decency to reach out to you with updates. So here I sit... they have my $200.... no hats and now being told they are out of dad hats after I've been told they are ready for pick up. I've also been told I would be issued a refund and you think that happened?! Of course not! All they do is BS and lie. Now having to call the CC company to dispute and get my money back. They did the same to my friends who placed a much larger order, so this is obviously how they do business. No integrity whatsoever... and basically thieves. There are so many other reliable and trustworthy companies to use (not to mention cheaper) so I would highly recommend doing business elsewhere. read more

I've been using Milk Embroidery for over 3 years and couldn't be happier with my products. Milk has tons of more processes and options compared to your regular embroiderer. What I like most about Milk is they've helped me stray away from basic applications and really push the limits on what can be done with embroidery. BUYERS BEWARE! If you are looking to get some hats made stay away from this company. I have been waiting for over 3 months now for them to replace 12 hats that they messed up on. He insisted I take the messed up hats because he was just going to throw them away. After emails on emails that the hats were being made and he promises me they would be done by the weekend he is now saying he is no longer going to replace them because I no longer have the 12 hats he messed up on. SHAUN FLORES (THE BANK SALE) is the owner and runs this business horribly. He response to one of every 10 email. If you look up the business on google there are multiple companies saying they got ripped off and never got there hats made. The sad thing about this is we have mutual friends and this has been one of the worst business experience ever. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Does anyone know of a lawyer that can help me get my money back? I placed an order and spoke with Shaun F. (Sales/ Production) several times via phone, text, email and would NOT refer this company to ANYONE! My order was placed in December and I was promised a fast turnaround. I was then RUSHED to make my payment that Thursday and after receiving payment Shaun told me that he would get me a sample the next day on Friday for me to review. Friday came and I received and email about receiving the invoice and that was it. I asked about the sample and thats when SHAUN went MIA. So I called, emailed and sent text. Still nothing. Saturday came, same thing. Sunday, still the same. So after several attempts to reach out to him and find out what was going on I finally was ablet to get a response the following Monday. He then went on a rant telling me I was weird. Asking me if I want to get this order done or play detective? Stating that he was sick and was unable to work this weekend. Although, he was well enough to call and text me several times about payment until he received it and no more then five minutes went by before this mystery illness kicked in after the payment cleared and took down the responding capabilities of the so called Sales and production phenom Shaun. In fact he was SO SICK it took him out for an entire weekend. Shaun stated that he would refund the money charged for the purchase and almost 2 1/2 months later, he STILL HAS NOT. I was forced to claim a fraudulent charge because thats exactly what this company is FRAUDULENT. Don't waste your time with this place. read more

Awesome hats! Loved every one of them. Got these for my baseball team and every one loved them.

This company is a rip-off! Do not order anything from them. They keep up good communication up until you pay for your order. I paid for my order on June 6 2018 and I didn't hear from them until July. They finally sent half of my order and it was incorrect. I was told that I would receive a tracking number for the rest of my order and never received a response or tracking number. I'm definitely taking legal action against them. read more

Placed an order. Talked with Shaun and he said it would take 7-10 days. I followed up 15 days in and he said it would ship the next day. Followed up next day and he was out so the whole operation shut down and he said it was pushed to Friday. Followed up Friday and have not heard back from them since. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! Must be one guy and a single embroidery machine! Would not recommend this company to anyone! read more
