Extremely unprofessional business. Instead of taking the time to read the order information that was clearly provided in my email, the owner insisted that I figure out what was missing rather than doing the basic work of reviewing the order herself. To make matters worse, she canceled the order at the last minute after creating unnecessary confusion and difficulty throughout the process. The entire experience felt as though completing the order was a favor rather than a service she had agreed to provide. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. If this is how customers are treated, it is hard to understand why anyone would want to do business here. read more

I played on the Celtics basketball team at South Gate Park in 1978, and our team won 1st place, my father had the trophy in his room for years and had recently passed away, someone had tossed it in the trash, so I took it to Veronica's shop literally in pieces. Honestly, I thought it was hopeless, a few weeks later Veronica called and had it all repaired, and looking peferct. She wasn't going to charge me, but we made a deal on some South gate memorabilia.
