One of the things I didn't like was the person on the registers attitude. I ordered 3 small snow cones but even if they were small they were still pretty big. The cup was a little to big for my 1 year old so I went and asked if I could just get a small cup or a bowl to give my 1 year old since she couldn't hold the cup without spilling. Weeeeell if you ever want to do that they charge you for a cup. So I didn't get the cup. I meeeeaaann I kinda get but still very inconvenient. Because I had to fight with a 1 year old the whole time. Which ended with a spill. I would have been ok with like one of those small water cups but it is what it is. Overall the sno cones were great. Survive was not that great.

They acted like it didn't matter, and that lack of basic customer service was just as disappointing as the ants themselves. Between the unsanitary Shaved Ice and the complete disregard from the employees, this was a terrible experience.
