Weeeeell if you ever want to do that they charge you for a cup. So I didn't get the cup. I meeeeaaann I kinda get but still very inconvenient. Because I had to fight with a 1 year old the whole time. Which ended with a spill. I would have been ok with like one of those small water cups but it is what it is. Overall the sno cones were great. Survive was not that great.

Told the server once, she forgot, then when she passed, pointed to the coffee finally got some. Morning breakfast, I would think passing coffee would just be a norm. For food, I had the corned beef Bennie and it was good. Portions were okay. Husband had biscuits and gravy with eggs and hash browns, hash browns were burnt. Not very good. Overall, the food is good, the service is iffy. And I am not a prude, but honestly the attire they wear is a little off-putting. Short shorts, baggie shirts that are old and worn, and crochet vests. Holey jeans, short leggings. I don't know, not looking for a uniform, but maybe just a little bit cleaner and more presentable.

I was disappointed. I asked them to include blue flowers to balance out that it felt a little too girly, and they went back and added them which made it look better. I am not sure if the inspo pics got lost in the shuffle or if too much creative lee-way was taken but either way, I felt a little let down but was not going to let it ruin my day. However, on the drive home I still felt like it was pretty, but just not what I had in mind. I decided to call Bittersweet which is local to us and ask if they could add a few elements like the lattice and pearls. Faith was so kind on the phone and told me to bring it in being also clear that they aren't gluten free. I understood, but since we don't have true allergies I told her I was comfortable with them fixing it. It would not medically harm anyone if there was cross contamination. When I got there I showed her the original picture and sent it to her personal phone. Later I went to pick it up after taking my little to lunch, it came out it and was FANTASTIC! They added all the elements it was missing that I wanted and loved. It still doesn't exactly match my pictures but it looks SO cute now and I am very very happy! When I went to pay, she told me to just go enjoy my cake and that they were happy to help. THIS is how you win business, friends!! ANYTIME, I am ordering goodies, back to school treats for teachers, holiday yummies or cakes that aren't for my GF kids, I will be getting them from Bittersweet!!!! Thank you, Faith!!!
