We haven't been here in forever but it's the summer on a hot day so I mean you can't go wrong with it. My sons ordered a watermelon and one blue bubblegum. What a shame! What was once a great place has now been sold and completely ruined. How can you take a cherished, successful snow cone place that has been loved for decades, and completely change it up and make it worse in every way. I just don't understand why a new owner would do that. From the prices, sizes, messy orders, bad flavors and terrible ice that's chunky. Just a failure from top to bottom. What a shame. Came across this gem in downtown Waxahachie on accident and I'm so grateful that I did . We were actually going to the taco stand that shares the parking lot with this establishment, but got there to find out that they had chose to close early due to some unexpected events. So while in the parking lot , we decided to get a snow cup from the place . They were also closing a little Early this day but was still willing to assist us. My daughter got a tiger blood round top with some candy on top , I believe nerds candy . And I got a dill pickle flat top with pieces of pickles on top and throughout my snow cup . All was delicious and the price was very reasonable and affordable. We've come at least 4 times since discovering them . It's such a cool place to visit , they have some really cool outside seating with lots of lighting . I can definitely see this as a great date night in the summer place, and from what I seen the couple of times that I've come to this lot, it's pretty popular for dates . read more

New ownership and it's gone down so bad. No lids, changed their ice, no ice cream inside the snow cones anymore and new flavors.

use to love going here before it sold. They do not offer any sugar free options anymor. Three young men working there yet I stood at the window for 5 minutes before they came to the windo. read more

I have nothing left!!! I have lived here my whole life, and this really hurts. I walked up to get my snow cone and looked at the prices on the cups in the window to brace myself for an expected price increase. I'd like a #4 flat top, please. That will be $5.75 she said after writing my order on a pad. Which never happened with old ownership. I chalked that up to not everyone can spend the time on how to memorize an order. I handed over my $20 and received back $12.35 in change. After an awkward discussion of how math works, I received my correct change. While waiting on my snow cone, I witnessed customer after customer requesting additional napkins to clean the messy cups they were given. The time finally came when the magic window opened and my order was announced. My excitement was quickly extinguished as I noticed the cup size in which my snow cone was made. The advertised cups in the window were not a true and accurate representation. As I walked in defeat back to my car, I took a big drink of my water down snow cone. I'm not sure if they watered it down or if it's my tears. I know things change, and not all people run a business the same. I hope the previous owners didn't set the bar too high. I'm willing to come back later this summer and see what if any changes have been made. I would love to edit this review with positive changes. read more

Literally drive from midlothian to get a snow cone here. Staff is friendly and super quick. They remember my order and make it perfect every time. This place is just heads and tails above all others that i would rather make the drive. You guys are awesome. Little did I know, a wee pup growing up in Waxahachie, what a gem we had in Sno Biz. I weep for those who didn't grow up with a real, live, shaved ice snow cone stand in their midst. I spent at least every other day, eagerly standing in line with my two bucks waiting to order my "number two flat top sunset with medium juice". I found myself back in the 'Hatch this past weekend and it hit me like a ton of bricks... SNO BIZ. The parking lot is a bit bigger, still with the tree growing in the middle of it, but it was exactly as I remembered it from high school 15 years ago. Same signage, same menu, same guy with the moustache, same sweet smell resonating out the window. My snow cone was ordered with the phrase I remembered and with the first slurp I was brought back to my high school days, kissing boys with red, snow cone tinged lips and sunburns. This time I drove it home the 30 minutes back to Dallas and mixed in a shot of vodka. Time for grown up memories now, baby. read more

The best sno cones ever. Starburst is my favorite. Just enough flavoring. Starburst is orange, wild cherry and pineapple mix together.

This place is definitely the hot spot for sno cones! Long lines and cars like up in the dirt lot but it moves pretty fast. Tried the tigers blood the first time we came but some reason, their tigers blood is way too tart for me! It's not as coconut-y as I like. Went again and had their ninja turtle and it was great. So I will stick to that. Love the soft ice, customer service is on point and you may make a few friends in line. read more

After eating lunch across the way, we were ready for something to cool us down from the Texas heat so we stopped by for a try. Menu has a large selection of flavors and variety! Staff was excellent and very personable and quick to put our order together! Highly recommend stopping by and trying not one, not two bit multiple flavors! read more

Very soft ice, great job anticipating a shorter straw for my toddler. The menu is extensive and I'm sure I'd like some of the concoctions, however, I wish I wouldn't have to ask the attendants what every single "flavor" really was. This place has always been & will always be an icon in Waxahachie. I don't know what I would've done on those HOT Texas summers growing up without a snow-cone to keep me cool & happy.
