The one barber pointed to the sign on the door, which clearly said appointment only. I looked at the three barbers reading their papers and said very well and did an about face and walked out. I got to thinking, how dumb where they, I am a retired marine with a military hair cut that takes about 10 min to cut, and they turned me away, now I could see if they were busy but they were obviously not. Lost opportunity for them to gain a customer. Needless to say every time I speak to someone about my barber or where I go, I end up telling the story. The old saying, do something right for a customer they will tell 5 people, do something wrong they will tell 5000!! Food for thought.

Zach and Kyle take their time and make sure to give clean and precise hair cuts and beard cuts, with straight razor line-up and neck shaves. There is no rushing people through to cut as many cuts as they can, they maintain integrity to a job well done. They spend their time to do the job right, which may mean turning away customers the last hour of business. Unless you show up at least an hour before closing time, do not bring shocked if you are turned away if customers are waiting in the seats, and waiting an hour for your turn in the chair is not unusual if there is a queue, so get there more than an hour before closing and when you have some time. But well worth it. As far as I am aware, there is no reservations, just first-in/first-served. My only complaint is the hours, a working man may find it difficult to make it there.
