The one barber pointed to the sign on the door, which clearly said appointment only. I looked at the three barbers reading their papers and said very well and did an about face and walked out. I got to thinking, how dumb where they, I am a retired marine with a military hair cut that takes about 10 min to cut, and they turned me away, now I could see if they were busy but they were obviously not. Lost opportunity for them to gain a customer. Needless to say every time I speak to someone about my barber or where I go, I end up telling the story. The old saying, do something right for a customer they will tell 5 people, do something wrong they will tell 5000!! Food for thought.

But what I got was who was up, and not who might have been better than another. Older woman. Sadly my haircut wasn't awful, but it was less than average. Short cut and uneven in one area. I should be able to get it recut in 2 weeks. Until then, its winter and I have hats. Sad that getting a quality cut is so hard. No, I won't be back as I felt unsure I could ask for another barber.

I forget what the name of the gal who cut my hair but she had gauged ears and nose rings…read more Incredibly disappointed not only in my experience but my haircut as well. I was met with a "you Wess, come back". Then was asked what haircut I want to which I said a medium fade. That was the extent of any conversation despite me asking how her day was and such. No big deal I don't need a conversation but expected a bit more personable touch since the last couple times I've had my hair cut by others there have been met with pleasant conversations and interaction. Anyway, long story short the clippers seemed insanely dull since it felt like my hair was being yanked out of my head even after she asked me if it was pulling my hair I said yes. She left and came back with the same issue happening but she just went faster. I felt rushed thru the process and ended up with looked like a high fade with a very visible line around my head and my head slightly resembles a muffin. Also have a good bit of long hairs around my hairlines where she didn't take the time to check. Took my hat off to see if I was just overreacting and now I notice how much higher my left side is tapered apposed to the right. Unbelievable. Down right terrible. Thanks for nothing roosters. Very disappointed and will not be going back to this particular roosters or any others for that matter. I get people have bad days but my hair cut now has me going somewhere else to get fixed.
