I decided to find a local curly hair specialist and found Bethany's website. On the phone, Bethany was very professional and helped me figure out what services I needed. During my appointment she was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I am oh so happy with my cut, pintura highlights, and curls! She taught me about my hair and how to use the products and methods for more curl and less frizz. She brought me back to beautifully blended color and I've been hooked ever since. She did my wedding hair in 2020 (the color) and it was everything I could have wanted to make my photos spectacular. She does such a phenomenal job at blending that, even when my hair is 5 months post-appointment (I know, terrible), I STILL get compliments on the color and questions about where I go. Not only is she incredible at her job, but she is also so sweet and easy to talk to. I would (and do) recommend her to anyone! I have also worked with a couple other employees. Chloe did my updo for my wedding -it was absolutely beautiful and stayed in place all night without feeling stiff. I have also had some waxing done here and those employees were exceedingly professional while still prioritizing comfort. The salon is beautiful. The atmosphere is fun, cozy, and welcoming while still feeling high-end. The front desk staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Every time I visit, someone offers to take my coat or pour me a (complimentary!) drink. The mood among the stylists always seems fun and collaborative. Many of them are friends outside of work, and these relationships make their banter pretty entertaining. It never feels like there is any drama between co-workers, which is something that I have experienced at several other salons in the past. I've never heard any employee speak negatively of a co-worker or client, which, again, is rare (in my experience). Overall, fantastic salon with fantastic staff. Keep up the good work!

Over three inches were taken off and the stylist didn't blend anything, giving me extremely choppy uneven hair. The receptionist said they would refund me, but after three days they decided they were not going to do that, whilst insinuating I was not telling the truth about the haircut. I offered to send them pictures, they declined. 65$ haircut not including tip, and now I will have to pay even more money somewhere else to fix it. Mind you they did offer to let the same stylist try to fix my hair, but after being originally told I would get a refund, and then told they never said such a thing, I decided not to trust them with any more of my time and

I called to make an appointment for a perm, and the stylist who worked with me was very nice and…read morefriendly. She mentioned that her clients have given her good feedback on her perm work, which made me feel comfortable trusting her with my hair. I followed all of her instructions after the appointment, including not washing my hair for at least three days. After that, I noticed that some areas of my hair did not take the curl well--some parts were curly, some wavy, and others looked straight or even a bit straw-like. I reached out to her and sent photos and videos. While parts of the perm looked nice, the results were uneven overall. I asked if I could come back to fix the areas that didn't turn out right and asked about the cost. She told me it would be the full price again--$190, which I had already paid the first time, plus I had tipped $50. I felt that paying full price again for a result that wasn't consistent the first time was too much. I wasn't trying to be rude or complain--I just wanted my hair to be even and properly done. I even offered to pay a reduced amount for a correction, but that was not accepted. Although the stylist was kind and professional in her attitude, I personally would not recommend this service based on my experience, especially considering the cost and the need to pay full price again for a redo. also I didn't have any issues paying $190 the first times not the second due to not done correctly. I am very disappointed..
