Came across this place while searching for barbershop in the area. Called up to see if they need apportionment; walk in only. Went there around 3pm on Saturday and was still packed, but they had 6 barbers so didn't feel like you waited more than 15 mins. Jay took care of me. Asked me what i wanted to do; gave me his suggestions and gave me a fresh cut and shave. Very professional and good service. Some feel good music played in background. I would definitely go back for my future haircuts. read more

My stepson who is 6 years old is absolutely traumatized by his experience at this shop with the barber called Jose. From what I heard and from what I am reading from other reviews I am appalled by the lack of attention received by my family. The lack of common courtesy, not listening, talking with other barbers in another language, and when a mistake was made instead of correcting it getting angry and yelling that you'll be charged twice?! To correct a mistake done by the barber himself?!?! Maybe pay attention while giving a haircut and SPECIAL attention when it's to a young child.... Now he has to sport a horrible hair cut and a cut to his neck at his birthday party...:Such a shame too because my family just moved to the area and had this experience not been so horrible we would have been frequent clients. read more

From walk in to walk out, absolutely terrible experience. Took my 6 year old there and got Jose. I tried to show him what I wanted twice but he was talking to the other barbers from start to finish. Pushing my son's head down several times aggressively, and cut his neck. Then at the end tried again to show him the picture and he started yelling "now you have to pay for 2 haircuts." I am a seasoned hairdresser been doing hair over 30 years. I have had many different people cut my hair. I was out visiting a family member in Seaford decided to run here for a cut. the barber asked me what I wanted I explained that I wanted a mid skin fade and to blend the weight line. The barbers were busy talkin to each other in their language. Rude!!! Kind of like when a woman gets her nails done and the mail techs are all speaking their language. This barber did my whole hair cut and not once did he turn me to the mirror. This is the worst haircut that I have received. I have a disconnected haircut. Forget the weight line. He faded it to the part to which I don't have. The blend is horrible. I am mortified. Sorry Avie. And Rubin. Never to return here again. And yes 28 bucks?????. I sort of just stumbled into this barber shop after moving to Seaford a few years ago. I've been getting my hair cut here since. I don't have a specific barber I use at the shop, but that's largely because every barber is fully capable and trustworthy. The vibe is a great modern twist on the traditional men's barbershop aesthetic. Great barbers. Good prices. And even when they're swamped, you won't sit waiting all that long. read more

Lived in the area for 15 years and finally... finally found a shop that beats out the rest. Not throwing dirt on the other places around but this one is top notch. Upon entry you're greeted by the owner who has a real passion inside of him. Introduces himself, hangs up your coat, asks if you would like a coffee or any of the other beverages he has on hand. The overall ambience is a relaxing, friendly, and comfortable. Haircuts end with hot shaving cream straight razor, Hot towels and head massages!! ENOUGH SAID!!! Best barber shop I've been to. Amazing environment ; it's a beautiful clean shop. The guys here are very friendly and welcoming ( they offer an array of free drinks). The only downside to this place was that I had to wait about twenty minutes since I was a walk in. But the cut is well worth the wait, after all you can't rush perfection. The second you walk in you get offered water, espresso, or a shot of pristine hooch if that's what you fancy. This is one of the best haircuts I have gotten in a very long time. I am going to come here for all my haircuts in the future. My barber Jose was so meticulous in his work, making sure every part of my hair was perfectly symmetrical and clean cut. Hands down a great experience and service. This shop was highly recommended by a friend and I'm glad I went and got my beard trimmed and a haircut with a massage and hot towel treatment. Barber did a great job with my haircut, place had nice decor. Would of gave them 5 stars if the haircut didn't cost $28 (expensive). But many places are hurting due to covid. So give them a chance if you don't mind the price. read more

This shop deserves 6 stars. I've been coming here since they opened. The barbers are presentable gentlemen who make the haircut experience a good one. There are many barber shops in town but I highly recommend Man to Man to anyone looking for a quality cut regardless of age or hairstyle. Ive been getting my hair cut by Jose for over 10 years so i tend to wait for him however, I'd feel comfortable getting a haircut from anyone of these barbers they all do a fantastic job. read more

Tbh if you are looking for a place with barbers that don't listen and mess up your hair every time this is the place!! No I didn't get one bad haircut I got multiple. Also they charge for a hot towel, arm massages that are not given. Yes due to COVID some things are not able to be done but I still had to pay for them? Says on the sign, shape up- "razor and buzzer $15", that's what was only used during my session but charged me for a full haircut of $28 dollars and did not touch the top of my hair and left it like a mess. First problem is that this place is very over priced. $28.00 dollars gets you a hair cut, a hot towel, and a head/arm massage, however you do not receive the towel or the massage. I have been here at least 5 times and I've never gotten either. Second problem is that the barbers do nothing but gossip with each other while they are working. They have headphones in and communicate with each other from opposite ends of the shop. This is very unprofessional and it feels as if they are more concerned with their conversations than giving the haircut. The third and the most important problem is that these guys DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GIVE A PROPER HAIRCUT. Every time I leave the place I have to go home and fix the uneven cuts, and uneven lines on my head/face. They never listen to what kind of cut you want, they mostly just do whatever they feel like doing. For $28.00 the customers here should get exactly what they ask for, but unfortunately that's not the case. I've given this place more than enough attempts to give me at least one good hair cut and they continue to fail. I won't be going back. read more

Easily the finest barber shop I've been to. Fine atmosphere with a very nice bunch of guys that make you feel like you're seeing old friends. Barbers typically take less than 10 minutes to cut my hair but Kelvin spent a good 20 minutes of quality time making the best of what I had left. I was a Mad men customer for years and had finally had enough of that scene. I found some of the guys here at Man to Man and was SO HAPPY!!!. The shop is really nice looking and of course the barber's are top notch. J and Isaias usually always cut my hair and are both masters at their craft. However, I have had a few other guys do my cut as well and they also did an amazing job!! To be honest it had to be one of the worst haircuts I've gotten in a long time, my hair is all uneven and he didn't fade it in properly, he just cut it and left it at that. my beard is cut lower on one side then the other and didn't listen to what i wanted in regards to how I wanted my hair cut, I'm extremely unhappy with my haircut and wish I could take back my visit, definitely will not be returning read more

If you want to wait on line for a LONG time and watch as the owner picks customers to jump ahead of you then this is the place for you. I've been here 3 times the first two were pretty good. I told the barber what I wanted, they cut my hair asked a couple questions in terms of style and that was it. This most recent time though was not the best. After waiting about 15 minutes it was my turn and before getting In the chair the barber (who I haven't had before) said "alright man you are last one I'm starving." This wasn't that comforting as that made it seem like he would do a rushed job. I sat down and told him what I wanted done. He then began to sort of pitch styles to me that he wanted to do. I told him that I usually keep it this way and I thought he would lay off and just take the hint that I wasn't interested, which he didn't. Feeling forced I agreed to it. As he was using the buzzer on the back of my head he must have messed up something because it felt like he hit a knot or whatever and he quickly said "oh you got tough hair man" which I don't, my hair has a very fine texture. As he was cleaning up the lines of the back of my head he was too rough and now I have cuts from the buzzer on the back of my neck. Finally, he trimmed the top to the length I asked and began styling my hair. He used a combination of hairspray and paste such that my hair felt pretty rigid which isn't how I like it at all. I figured Id just wash it out when I get home but was a little annoyed that I had to do so. Overall, he cut my hair they way I asked although he did miss a couple spots and lines, cut up the back of my neck, and style my hair in a way I didn't really want. I'm giving 3 stars because there are more professional guys that work in that shop and I appreciate how they listen to customers. read more
