Great coffee and food in Aix. As good as a good American coffee shop Located in the center city, a very nice coffee shop inside with plenty of USB and power connections and free Wi-Fi. They ask you not to work there at certain hours (very fair) but it is set up for you to do so! Staff is all multi lingual in French and English, or at least enough to get by, and they even have an English language menu. Don't worry, the food is high quality French and the coffee is superb. Have been here multiple times now for breakfast, brunch, and coffee. I most recently enjoyed the mushroom toast. Their juices are always fresh and taste homemade. I have found the service kind, however, one specific time I was told to sit anywhere when I was there for brunch with a group of three. We sat down and had ordered when someone different came over and told us the table was reserved. We were then moved to a table clearly made for only two people. There was no signage on the table that it was reserved and the server didn't seem particularly happy we hadn't known this. Decent place for breakfast. The service was good. They gave us the table we wanted though it was under reservation. Ordered chai latte, green juice, Avocado toast for the table. The toast came in a decent size and was just perfect for one. The tea was also good and flavorful. There is only indoor seating with a few tables and a bar at the centre. read more

This is the perfect little café to get breakfast or lunch and do some work. My friends and I had one of the best breakfast sandwiches ever here along with a delicious lemon cake. The service was fast and the staff here was super friendly. read more

Ahhhh I was looking forward to bringing friends to Mana, I booked two tables online, received confirmation emails and arrived to discover one had been cancelled! Fortunately 2 of us were able to sit at the bar, so all was not lost although it was not quite what we hoped for... The coffee was great, the service friendly and the food imaginative, if not great... How do you say in French? A victim of one's own success? Open a more laid-back satellite place in Lambesc??? Only discovering this during my last week in Aix! :( It's probably the only place that has matcha lattes! They also have chai lattes - their menu is extensive but not overwhelming with choices. It's quiet and is a good place to do work. Just come in and sit down, someone will come to you with water and take your order (: You pay at the end. This is very different from American coffee shops! The workers are also English speakers. The iced matcha latte I got definitely hit the spot - though it could have been stronger (more matcha) I really appreciated that it came unsweetened and I could sweeten it to my liking. All in all, a great place for a light lunch or snack and coffee pick me up. read more

Mana is incredible. I studied in Marseille this past fall and had a lot of friends who would come to Aix and hang out at this coffee shop. The first time I came here the owners said hi and asked how I was doing and genuinely got to know me. Over a few weeks I only came in a few times but they never ceased to say hello and ask how my day was. The owners know english and french so you don't have to fear a language barrier. On the food: WOW. It's amazing. The avocado toast is the best I've ever had. Same with their different options of soups and sides. One I wanted avocado toast but they had ran out of avocado, so I got the cauliflower soup instead (YUM), when Alex brought out the soup she also gave me a bowl of vegetables with the last bits of avocado that they had!! It was so sweet of her to go above and beyond to give me something I wanted. On the drinks: Again, WOW. The coffee is incredible! Please take a second to appreciate the pretty latte art they will put on the lattes. Also the juice is super fresh. I love juicing and i like to do it at home but when traveling it hard to know you're getting fresh pressed juice when you buy it. read more

Mana is my favorite café in Aix-en-Provence! They have an amazing drink selection and have many different types of milks such as almond and coconut (which is hard to come by in France). My favorite drink is the matcha latte with coconut milk. The food is also amazing and healthy. A must visit!! read more

My wife and I came here on out last day in Aix. Their coffee is smooth and flavorful, and the tartines are delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming with pleasant service. If we come back to this area, we will definitely come back to Mana. It's too bad we did not discover this place earlier so we could have gone more than once. read more

Walked all over 2a's in Paris and Provence old city and finally discovered Mana Espresso which turned out to be the very best coffee I have ever tasted! Being from NY, I am used to very good coffee, and found this shop which not only had the best coffee to stay or to go, excellent baristas, and also oat milk available. The environment is so friendly and courteous workers made me feel as if I were welcome all afternoon! I wish there were one here in Manhattan! read more
