I'm a retired nurse and I can be a very assertive/aggressive patient if I believe that things aren't being done right. I felt at ease seeing that I was being taken care of by competent and professional staff. I was really impressed that they actually looked at my history and notes from my previous visit. They addressed all my questions and concerns; I was very pleased with my overall experience.

Having tricare there were only 2 options in the whole area, was not happy with either until I switched to Diana. Love her Also, Linda the front desk lady is pretty great too!!! I was in a lot of pain but was told that it was the earliest they had. They did say they would put me on a cancellation waiting list. Never did get a call in 2 months, So I cancelled my appointment. I will look for alternative relieve rather than stay with a company that is so busy that they have their patient wait 3 months to get help. You should not have to wait 3 month to get relieve from pain.
