After the insurance company told me they couldn't back date for a refund and I should definitely contact the broker, I called Design Health which I assumed would definitely make up for the mistake they made. I had to file a claim against them with the state because they were only offering selective insurers when better coverage was available. I would have never found out unless I came back to get separate coverage for my son and started asking questions why I was being offered different things for him than I was offered. Claim revealed that companies like this are under no obligation to offer you all insurance options. Makes you wonder why they are selective in what you see. Kickbacks? And I completely agree with Brandon D, the staff was very unprofessional and seemed extremely under trained, including management and the CEO/Pres. Unbelievable businesses like this are not subject to any regulation. DO NOT TRUST.
