The admin staff was very friendly and professional; the wait room is lovely; I hardly had time to sit down before I was called back to see the doctor; and, the support staff for the doctors are incredibly kind. I was there to see Dr. Erin Manglardi, and she was exactly who I needed to see today. She was friendly, a great listener, encourager, and gave me the information I was looking for regarding HRT for post menopausal women like me. I never felt rushed during our discussion and I appreciated her positivity regarding my approach to trying to be proactive health wise. Like some of the other comments, I do not like leaving a credit card on file with anyone, but this office doesn't give you a choice in that regard. I did appreciate the fact that you can opt out of the AI scribe which I took advantage of. Based on my visit, I would definitely recommend Premier, but most of all, Dr. Manglardi.

They took me back before my actual apptmt time (8:40) and I was out of there within 20-30 min. No joke. But Dr Alvarez still spent time covering everything and he was so professional and friendly. This week, I received 2 calls from her staff, scheduling and rescheduling an annual physical. The wrong appointment time kept being sent to me, so I kindly called to verify. Never called or sent a bill the entire time. Suddenly OVER 1 YR LATER I owe you money? For what the admin told me was covered. I expected to pay and they said it was included in the surgery. Present day "that person doesn't work here anymore". Ok well that's your problem not mine. And I have asked over and over again for them to mail me a detailed bill, they can't seem to be able to do so.

And she spent 2 minutes with me. Best part of visit was how quick the papsmear was but that was all. And no one called to follow up on my lab results or anything. She didn't even discuss any of my concerns that I spoke to the nurse about who took my vitals, which included pain, hormone issues, etc.. She left after papsmear and that was it. Waste of almost $200 on labs which was also much more in house than what I would have paid at Quest.
