When I called to very politely express my dissatisfaction he hung up on me and said that if I called him again (a 2nd time) he'd file harassment charges. His behavior was appalling and his service was, in my opinion sub-par. He cleaned my living room carpet with "special attention" to a soiled area in a matter of 15 minutes. The area still has an odor. He paid little attention to detail and after he left I wiped up his footprints from my kitchen floor, and put the toilet seat back down...where he had flushed his dirty water. I even had to call him back to clean an area of the carpet that had candy embedded in it. He picked at it with the keys in his pocket and again after he left, I cleaned the remaining residue.

Put his phone and other things just anywhere. Did not communicate at all. We found a broken tv antenna cable after he left that my husband had to fix. Used our water faucet outside, didn't know he did that because he did not communicate with us. After trying to sell us his chemicals and taking our payment for services he just left. Not a good bye, are you satisfied, nothing. And he left these little grey sponge blocks, don't know what they were for. My husband's bowling ball was in the middle of our memory foam bed. No customer service or courtesy at all from this guy. I let this man into my house, he should be respectful. Before going to bed our carpet were still very wet. We had opened all window & doors with ceiling fans on since John left. The next morning carpet felt crunchy, not soft like it was. But the worst part I awoke to a wet dog smell. The whole house smelt terrible! I will have to hire someone else to re-clean my carpets. More expense. I will NOT be using this company again. Poor customer service. We've had the water mitigated by another company, have estimates of the damage, insurance is making it right again and we are starting to restore. Inquired whether Jensen's does this type of work. They do. I asked, "Could we get an estimate?" Their response: "Maybe you should go with another company, we are a month out". My response: "That's ok, everything is 6-8 weeks out". Their response: "Something about your request doesn't seem right and I feel uncomfortable with this situation." My response: "What could be uncomfortable, I am asking for a service, you said you do this type of work. Do you not want to do business?" Them: "I am uncomfortable with insurance being involved and you have an estimate already from another place, why don't you go with them." My response: "Insurance isn't an issue, they are paying to rehab what is needed, the first company who mitigated the water gave us an estimate on the repair but we are looking at our options, so we found you online." I say, "It seems you are suggesting there is something odd about our request. I ask again, "Do you not want our business?". Their response, "No." So rather than saying they don't want our business to begin with, they push us to seek another provider then say there is something that makes them feel uncomfortable about our request. That is just strange to suggest to a customer! Just say you don't want to do a job, one that I can only assume must've been assessed as a "smaller" job. Be upfront with the customer! Not a good interaction.

All he wanted to do was dry out the basement and not take out carpet. He was to move the appliances and wash floors. He didn't wash under appliances or walk in closet. We worked with a great decorator Angela who helped us achieve what we wanted. We eventually did all the flooring on the main floor. Whenever we ran into a problem the company came up with a solution. They were so accommodating and the staff they have is fantastic. They stand by the contract you sign. The workers are friendly, knowledgable, and take pride in their work.
