After a couple of months, it finally broke and I was back to square one. I called and Kevin came out and had to order a part. After a week it was finally fixed, I received a bill for the full amount instead of it being discounted because this was the same problem that wasn't fixed in the first place. When I questioned it, he knocked $20.00 off. Not satisfactory. Customer service is not a priority with this business. I won't be calling them again.
