Sitting at an office job and trying to continue running only made things worse. After overdoing a run several months ago, the pain intensified to the point where I was limping after sitting and experienced burning and numbness down my leg. Rest, massages, and taking time off from workouts didn't resolve it. A neighbor referred me to Dr. Cosh, and I'm so grateful. I filled out the new patient forms on her website and received a call back within a business day. Her staff is responsive and efficient with scheduling. They were booked out a bit but added me to a cancellation list and I was seen shortly after my initial inquiry.
