Ive been documenting Dr Trausch's work for almost 2 years now and without meaning to, he has changed my life. He kind of does that though to basically everyone who is ready to hear what he has to say. He will help you analyze your unfinished business, get to the core of it all, along with meditative techniques and wisdom to take those ready for their path of self realization. He was a Catholic monk, a Detective, a hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, has TWO PHD's (who has time for even one?), studied under epic guru's in India, helped the first quadrapaleic ever to WALK?! and hundreds upon hundreds of other mind/body medicine cases... I could fill this whole website with positive things to say... but if you are lucky enough to have a session or get to talk him, then you take it.

Buddhist Temple [Junction City CA]…read more Before heading home we took a detour and visited this Buddhist retreat center in Junction City CA, about 10 miles west of Weaverville. We parked and I explored. It was so peaceful and quiet and felt like we were trespassing but it said on the sign at the entrance that hours of operation were open to visitors daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm.. I did not see any human in sight until about 45 mins later or so when someone sounded a horn or something as if a sign of calling that meditation was about to commence. I walked up to the spinning Prayer Wheels, the Tara House, the Guru Rinpoche Statue and the Prayer Flags & The Eight Great Stupas (the eight stupas commemorate the eight major events of the Buddha Shakyamuni's life). Both the prayer flags and the prayer wheel contain many prayers, or mantras, written in Tibetan script. RITUAL MEANING: With the nonstop turning of the prayer wheel and the wind blowing across the prayer flags, powerful blessings radiate out into the local environment and the world, benefiting beings. We had just started to leave and at the sound of the horn we saw people walking up to the temple coming from everywhere. The people were friendly waving at us as we were driving off. It was incredibly personalized, thoughtful, and deeply mindful. The therapist truly understood my body -Sapha knew exactly how to release tension without ever crossing into too much pain (good pain only! ) I felt completely safe, listened to, and taken care of throughout the entire session. It was also my first time trying a deep tissue therapeutic massage, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. If you've ever been curious but hesitant - this is the place to go. Beyond her skill, she brings such a beautiful, grounded energy into the space. You can feel her passion, her knowledge, and her genuine care for what she does. It creates a truly safe and calming environment. I also came in last minute, and she still found a way to accommodate me - which I'm incredibly grateful for. An amazing experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back, and I recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

After the adjustment, I felt better, but not completely mobile again. I booked an appointment with Naree Massage in hopes they could help, but I was a little nervous for my first Thai massage. My concerns were assuaged promptly! The masseuse worked on me for about an hour and I got off the table with minimal issue. Gallons of water later, I felt better than I'd felt in quite a long time! I recommended Naree to a coworker, coincidentally dealing with horrendous back problems himself, and he agreed! They're fantastic!!! Two very happy and repeat customers! Your turn!!! :D
