They teach a different form called Iyengar and are very careful not to allow people to participate in more advance classes until ready. Very gentle and inviting. The studio is on the second floor above a shop, and is clean and uncluttered, yet remains warm. It has a good "chill vibe". They have plenty of props (bolsters, blocks, etc) to assist you in full relaxation, and the natural lighting is beautiful. Snow was falling outside the windows as we moved through our asanas. It's an experience I will truly remember.

She was welcoming and attentive, and provided just the right guidance to push me to my 'happy edge'. The class was in a convenient location downtown and was thoroughly enjoyable--including some humor intertwined. Regular class members were friendly and helpful too. Our instructor, Mollie, was welcoming and accommodating, which we appreciated since a few of us were novice yogis. If I had to nitpick one thing, it would be that they play music in class. Music before and after class is fine, but for me, music ^during^ class is an unwelcome distraction - it makes it difficult to hear verbal instructions, and creates a barrier between me and my breath. But!! They allow drop-ins, have all the props you need, and you can even borrow a mat. I'm glad they are here and I hope the community will continue to support them. Thanks, Mollie!
