I was verbally confronted by an Access Fitness…read moreemployee who was working out and challenged why I interrupted his multi machine workout while he was "super setting". After exchanging a few words with this employee, he invited me to "step outside". After telling this to the owner at a reasonably elevated volume, his response was I should quite down or step outside with his employee. The employee reiterated how he would happily step outside. I grabbed my things cancelled my membership and walked outside. The owner followed. I further explained in detail the ridiculous actions of his employee in the gym, followed by an invitation to fight outside. His response was "I would feel the same way you do". Dumbfoundedly, he asked me for my scan key card and what day of the month my billing date was.

From the very kind staff, awesome classes and every piece of equipment I need; I knew this was my gym! Oh about those awesome classes...Yoga on a Sunday afternoon?!! And dance fusion (I like to call it hip hop;) and barre classes!!! They offer a lot more but those are my favorite as of now! I'm so happy I found y'all!

Kisa is an established brown belt and Yoga instructor and Travis, a multi-degree BJJ Black Belt gave an amazing seminar in Dublin, Ireland on the half guard at the home gym of Conor McGregor at the invitation of John 'Coach' Kavanagh. They are a great family and their children are a credit to them. Stella in particular has achieved incredible competition success, representing the US in Judo all over the world and at a very young age. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dropped in for a 26&2 class (fka Bikram) this morning with Christen. The studio is big and clean with forced air heating. Real wood floors, which could be an issue but they have you turn to do standing separate leg stretching fully on your own mat, which I appreciate. There were only 5 students in my class & lights were low throughout so it was intimate and different. The dressing rooms are also big with 3 shower stalls, body wash, shampoo, AND conditioner. My only quip is that heat or humidity weren't at 105°/40% (my guess is humidity because it *felt* hot!) because I only drank half my water bottle and that never happens :). Ski lessons for the kids have been easy and convenient and they learn a lot. On one particularly cold day, they took a break at 1 hour in to buy the kids hot chocolate. Very cool. They're people who clearly love working with kids. In the lodge-There's also plenty of room for a non-skier to hang out and read by the fire, too. The drive up here is gorgeous too. I feel so lucky to be here!
