After exchanging a few words with this employee, he invited me to "step outside". After telling this to the owner at a reasonably elevated volume, his response was I should quite down or step outside with his employee. The employee reiterated how he would happily step outside. I grabbed my things cancelled my membership and walked outside. The owner followed. I further explained in detail the ridiculous actions of his employee in the gym, followed by an invitation to fight outside. His response was "I would feel the same way you do". Dumbfoundedly, he asked me for my scan key card and what day of the month my billing date was.

Kisa is an established brown belt and Yoga instructor and Travis, a multi-degree BJJ Black Belt gave an amazing seminar in Dublin, Ireland on the half guard at the home gym of Conor McGregor at the invitation of John 'Coach' Kavanagh. They are a great family and their children are a credit to them. Stella in particular has achieved incredible competition success, representing the US in Judo all over the world and at a very young age. I cannot recommend them enough.

My wife and I take private lessons twice a week and we really look forward to them. Amy is always upbeat, laughing and understanding. If I lack the flexibility or strength to manage a particular exercise (my wife can do everything!) Amy explains why I'm having difficulty and lets me know it's okay. None of us is a perfect physical specimen (except my wife), especially as we age and Amy takes all that into account. I had spinal surgery about 10 years ago for a herniated disc and if I don't do Pilates regularly I develop intense back pain. Amy is sensational at monitoring my condition and is cautious about adding new exercises that might aggravate my condition. I wish I could give Amy a higher rating. She deserves it!!!
