For Mother's Day we decided to support a local small business and send flowers to my mother in law. Since we're from out of state, I contacted a few of the florists in the area and was lucky to find that Mandarin Orchid house still had some flowers available for delivery . I ordered this fabulous bouquet for my girlfriend this week (Jan 3rd). Keep in mind it was super affordable and they had it arranged in 10 mins of me stepping into their store. While she already had 3 other orders to do as well. Now I have ordered from here several other times for special occasions in the past and they have never disappointed. From having on time delivery, to their beautiful arrangements, they also had a super convenient web page that made ordering easy as well. Freshly delivered flowers that are supposed to be a purple birthday arrangement.....as you can see it's a very distasteful arrangement with old flowers that look more like a sad birthday - like you're too old to celebrate so just give up now. Definitely no where close to what my parents had in mind for an $80 arrangement. They deserve their money back!!! read more

This place is amazing! My daughter and her fiancé decided on an intimate wedding ceremony in Kingman since the pandemic has made it difficult to plan/gather family all in one place. I live in Oregon. I called a couple local florists to get my daughter a bridal bouquet and a boutonniere for her fiancé since I could not be there. I thought I was out of luck until I called Mandarin Orchid. Not only were they very kind and understanding on the phone. They knocked it out of the park with very little input from me. I requested a "country style bouquet with no orange flowers." It was so nice to be able to do something for their special day even though I could not be there. The flowers were beautiful. They even gave her a vase with water to keep them in until they were ready for the ceremony. I am defindefinitelyitley going to let all of our friends and family know how wonderful Mandarin Orchid is in case they want to send flowers as well! read more

We love Mandarin Orchid and feel so blessed to have a real florist, with an exceptional floral artist, Cheyrene, here in our small community! I first learned of them when a friend sent me a planted arrangement a year ago. It is thriving today. When my son got married, Mandarin Orchid created the bride's bouquet and matching boutonniere. It was absolutely perfect! It was what I'd imagined when we were choosing the flowers and trim, and it came secured in a special box for keeping it fresh and safe during transport. My husband sent me a Valentine's bouquet with chocolates; it was beautiful, and lasted over a week. The square vase we use for holding pens now, and the chocolates were of excellent quality and taste, gone almost immediately! We just sent flowers from Mandarin Orchid to a friend recovering from major surgery. My son used their website to order flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered. What he ordered and what was delivered bear absolutely no resemblance at all in content or price. What was ordered as a $70 bouquet was delivered as a $7 gas station bunch. They don't answer their phones...the doors are locked ..my husband stopped an employee going into a back door and was told substitutions had to be made ....the best substitution here would be calling someone else ....terrible business practices. If they couldn't fill the orders they should NOT have taken the money ! read more

Orders 17 red roses for my 17th anniversary and was quoted a price of $85.00. I asked "that's out the door, delivered?" She said "yes" . A week later my credit care statement shows it was billed over $101.00. I called and was told "everyone knows we charge a delivery fee and taxes were not included in this price. My daughter and husband went into the store and ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to me on our 50th wedding anniversary. They were to be delivered in the morning and didn't arrive until mid afternoon. The arrangement was not what they had ordered. Instead of Iris, one of my favorite flowers, it was mostly White Oriental Lilies. They told my daughter the Iris didn't come in as ordered. They used 2 Iris in the arrangement that were half dead all ready along with a purple stock flower that started dropping their peddles that evening. The roses were wired, so the heads wouldn't droop, and none of them opened. I look at it and all I see is a funeral arrangement. I paid for premium and they looked like the original ( smallest deal ) When they were picked up the flowers were already dying and In less then 24 hours the flowers were already dead, ready to be thrown out!
