Dr. Joseph worked an implant I'd been told had too little bone (he showed me exactly how much bone) and he saved me money referencing me back to my general dentist on another procedure rather than take the money and run. I am returning years later for a second opinion on a possible tooth replacement. While Dr. Joseph is clearly confident--with the skill to back it--he is also friendly, straightforward, and considerate of a patient's concerns. He is not cheap (or extravagant), but if I want a tough job done right, he's the guy.

I'm no whimp, but after him jabbed me in the gum I reacted by pulling my head away and saying; "Ouch, what the f@ck?" He asked me to leave and when I questioned the reason for his strange behavior he kept saying; "leave the practice" "I'm calling the police". I've dealt with his alpha-personality type before, while acting nice if you do not allow them to dominate you then they become threatened and want to excert their assumed authority even more. She was so rough scraping my teeth with the tools that she chipped my front teeth and then pulled out my gap filling saying "I didn't think it was your real tooth". She also tried to make the excuse because flossing the gap, It can come out. I floss my teeth two times a day, and my gap filling lasted over five years.. So she attempted to re fill the gap. Later that evening when I got home it was then I noticed my teeth had been chipped and she didn't fill the gap completely. She told me to come back I so she could "fix" it. She tried to say that my teeth that were chipped were the filling, but it was my tooth. She sloppily filled the gap. It was thick and looked cakey and also didn't match my teeth color exactly. Not even two weeks later, I was brushing and water flossing my teeth it came right out. Terrible careless work. I would never recommend this dentist. She does not do good quality work. However,…read moreliterally the most unprofessional and unpleasant staff I've ever dealt with, both in person and on the phone. They like to talk over you and attempt to convince you that you're wrong. While you're on the phone, put calls on hold without warning you, and (Yupp, mid-sentence I got put on hold randomly). They seem to be provoked easy. All the negative reviews I've read on different sites unfortunately are all due to the office staff. Not sure if they hate their job and can't handle it, enjoy being rude bitches, or the owners/management train and applaud them for lack in professionalism. Patients and customers are always right and come first. Never should what a patient is saying/asking be dismissed. Unless Dr. Greenberg employs knowledgeable employees who treat customers with respect, you can enjoy doing business here if you prefer being harassed and mistreated. This is all over them FAILING to update my insurance card when I was last in office (which was provided to them and always is along with my photo ID at every appointment) and billing an inactive insurance. Insurance denied due to being inactive. They claim they've been sending me bills (never received till I called to make an appointment and they made it known I have a past due balance) now all of a sudden I have the bill that came in the mail TODAY, funny how that works. I told them I'm not paying the bill when I have and HAD insurance for those services provided for it to be covered which is when little miss unprofessional decided to be ignorant with me. This isn't the first nor second disrespectful confrontation I've had with them either. I asked if they could submit the claim to my insurance company but since it's a year old they won't do it.
