When I called for their rates and to get a quote, I didn't get an immediate answer and left a message. Someone returned my call in less than an hour. After speaking with the lady (assumingly the owner), I was given a quote of $425 based off the information I provided (4 BR; 2.5 BA). Unfortunately I didn't get to experience how good this company could have potentially been because, when her and her crew arrived on the scheduled and agreed date, she decided to add an additional fee of $35 stating, they didn't know it would be "that bad", implying that me and my family were nasty. Definitely not the case. We had been at this residence for 6 years. Yes there were some things left in the house but nothing that would have hindered the cleaning services, she guaranteed. Had she told me over the phone during our initial conversation, that additional fees may be added upon assessing the residence, I could have better managed my expectations. Oh, I almost forgot. When we first agreed to a date, she sent a text with the timeframe she would arrive (1130-12). She even sent a reminder text the day before. I then told her I had just started a new job and it'll be my wife at the resident instead of me. The day of, she still sent me a text at 1214 saying she was running late and expected to arrive at 1PM. I told her once again to contact my wife, not knowing at the time, her and my wife had already communicated. At 1250 she text me again, saying she was at the residence and someone needed to call her regarding the items left in the house. I was truly disappointed with the way the whole situation was handled. I would not recommend this company to anyone else but strongly suggest that this company assess the residence first before accepting the job.
