Let me start off my post by saying Carlos was amazing! I have always had terrible experiences in the past with people coloring my hair despite going into each experience trusting they "know what they are doing". Carlos made me a believer that there are stylists out there who both listen to what you want and know what they are doing. I was a little apprehensive at first since I had a difficult time scheduling an appointment and my appointment time was changed last minute; however, the moment I arrived Carlos made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. He did an amazing job explaining the process and assured me if I wanted anything thing changed he would make it happen. Initially George was great. Really nice and helpful at the salon. But then when I went home and washed it the color turned a little wonky. I was concerned as to what had happened so I messaged him looking for answers so he can help me or educate me on what I could do. But he was completely confrontational and disrespectful to me. It wasn't until I was trying to explain that I need help, is when he came down his high horse and gave me a tip on what I could do. Also I must note at the salon my hair looked beautiful but after the wonky color came out and it was back to normal. I had noticed that he did not do a good job at blending in my grown out roots. When I went in I had grown out roots looking to get them blended into my natural root. If you open the hair in different parts of the scalp you can see the horrible technique that he used, leaving me with the same issue and insecurity that I had walked into. I must note. I am not the professional he is and he did not deliver professional services in any way, not in his work and not in his professionalism. My advice to you George is to simply HUMBLE yourself. Not everyone is trying to knock you down. There is always room for growth by being critiqued. read more

Horrible service, made an appointment and went on appointment date and time and I was told that I didn't have my appointment because I didn't confirm. Mind you, never received any follow up or confirmation and I called the stylist, whose practice this is and he told me that I should of replied to the supposed confirmation, that was never sent, after speaking with owner after exchanged dialogue he advised with attitude that he doesn't have time for me and I could take my business elsewhere.
