I've been going here for about 3 years for services for my daughter and I. We have used different stylists and have good experiences with cut and color. This last time I had Amber for the first time. It started out well with the washing and steam treatment. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and specified some things I absolutely did want and did not want. My haircut looks NOTHING like the photo I showed her. I wanted it just above my shoulders and it's to just below my jawline. I left in tears and absolutely hate my haircut. read more

Easy to make an appointment, friendly service from everyone and they offer a complimentary beverage which is nice. I'm a little disappointed in my haircut, but I'm also hard to please. I have long and very thick hair. The only person I usually trust to cut it moved out of state and she told me to request long textured layers I did ask Michael for these and he said okay but thought I needed medium layers too. I said I trusted him, but I really should have stuck to my gut. I now I have a very thick and short layer near the front of my head and I'm pretty sad about it and feel self conscious. I'm admittedly pretty hard to please when it comes to hair cuts and I can never really tell if I like it immediately. Michael was so nice and spent a long time styling my hair, so I walked out looking like I was in a hair advertisement. But after styling it myself I'm definitely regretting the shorter layers. :( I guess I need to keep looking for someone who knows what works for my super thick hair. read more

I've been waiting so long to try this salon & I'm satisfied with my first visit! During the coronavirus outbreak, Mane Salon is slowly but surely taking appointments online or by phone. I cut my long hair a month prior (it wasn't the best cut doing it by myself lol), so I just need a quick fix. Karla was my stylist & she's such a sweetheart. I told her exactly what I wanted and she listened. My hair is so thick, but Karla pulled through & my hair came out looking amazing! I've never had my hair short, but she made it look 10x's better than I'd imagine. She asked questions throughout the process to reassure if I was satisfied or not. The salon itself was super clean, the employees seem so friendly (unlike other salon places I've been too). But during the COVID19 pandemic, they request customers stay outside or leave guests at home, for safety. And also, to wear masks for the time being. The price is so affordable!
