We went on a Saturday evening so the place is packed, understandably. However, service was a little slow. I ordered the Coconut Mango Juice with Red Bean. It was suppose to have some white jello in it but they gave me something else. The slower service also caused the shaved ice to be semi melted. The whole desert was somewhat watery. I came by last week and tried the waffle with banana strawberry Nutella and mango ice cream... OMG everything was so delicious!!! The waffles (u get 2) were warm, crisp on the outside, soft in the middle and not too sweet, which compliments the nutella, fresh bananas and strawberries. The mango ice cream was out of this world... Extra thick and creamy with little pieces of shaved ice throughout. Reminded me of the ice cream I get at one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Thailand. We will definitely be here regularly! We came for the first time today and we loved everything that we tried. I got the classic dessert that has the mixed fruit and sago and a pineapple tea. Bf got a mango crepe cake and a strawberry and coconut smoothie I believe (he ordered that and I didn't see what number it was). The mango crepe cake came out first and then my mixed fruit dessert and the fruit was so good and fresh on everything that it felt like we were on a tropical vacation. Nothing was overly sweet and the fruit flavors were not artificial at all. The pineapple tea had a lot of pineapple and a very floral tea flavor. We recently tried 3 different desserts from here, the Oreo cake, the Creme Brule cake and the mango pancakes. All 3 items were amazing. The Oreo and Creme Brule are both very light and melt in your mouth. The mango pancakes are totally new to us, but so delicious. Worth the trip. read more

It was around 12:30 in the afternoon, and was told they do not get any of the cakes in until after 5 PM. Worse experience of my life. We waited for our food for almost an hour. There were people that got their stuff before us. They serviced a family bigger than ours first. The other family ordered almost the same thing as us but more. Once we got our stuff it was all melted. We asked for a refund because I sent good money for my family. They said they don't do refunds but said they can remake it. Then they had to ask to make sure and they could do a remake just for them to tell us they weren't allowed to remake anything. So why give false misleading information. No where on the receipt does it say they don't do refunds and don't remake order. The food was all watery and nasty don't recommend if you are looking for dessert worthy your money. Even the portions are misleading and don't look anything on the menu. They also didn't give us any utensils for our food. They didn't even let us talk to the manager either. Rachael was so rude. read more
