I didn't find it rich or creamy either. It tasted like an ice cream I could get at the grocery store if they had that flavor. It was nothing remarkable. The most objectionable thing to me was the cost of the scoop of ice cream. It was $5.99 for a regular scoop! My husband and I were shocked. We thought that surely for that price the scoops must be enormous, but alas, they were just average-sized. I don't know how they get away with charging that much, but the place was filled with people so they must be paying for it. The place was cute and a good number of tables but won't be back.
