Had a bit over 2 weeks to get the rest of my patches put on and the white writing describing my roles and stuff while I was in Band on my Letterman jacket to wear as an Alumni to a Homecoming Game we were invited to play at on Fri September 29. One of the big things was that I had bar patches to put on my letter to show how many times I had re-earned my letter. However the letter already had one blue and white bar sewn on. They reassured me that they could remove the old bar and then put on the four blue and orange bars that I had (I managed to get an extra just for this occurrence of replacing the bar so that all 4 matched) and make it look like the 4 were always there. They were also able to put the accomplishment years on a couple of my patches. (Also got a couple patches put on a 2 bags for my Disney pins.) They were VERY accommodating for me. Because my timing of my job hours is the exact hours that they are open, she was kind enough to allow me to come in on a Saturday. Not only that, but she was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and also helping me with planning it out perfectly. They even were willing to work on pricing a little bit based on the size of my patches and how much work was actually getting done. Because I couldn't pick it up due to work scheduling, I had my mom go in for me the Wednesday before the game. When she went in, she was able to pick up the two pin bags. But she had barely noticed that there was no embroidery on my jacket because it had been gotten forgotten by accident. So they then said that they would get my jacket done first thing the following morning. My mom picked up the jacket and all was perfect! Even with the minor hiccups, I am completely happy. ;)

I hired this company to handle the signage process for my new business location…read more We initially agreed on a price of $900 for the fabrication, installation, and preparation of the sign plans. Later, I was informed that additional insurance and paperwork requirements increased the price to $1,200. Although I was disappointed by the increase, I accepted the new price and asked the company to proceed. Over the following weeks, I repeatedly followed up regarding the revised sign plans and the submission package required by Irvine Company. I received multiple assurances that the work would be completed "tomorrow," "once I get back to the office," or "as soon as possible." Despite these promises, the revised plans were never submitted. Throughout the process, I sent numerous emails, text messages, and phone calls requesting updates. Most of my communications were professional and focused on moving the project forward. Unfortunately, the delays continued and the project remained unfinished. After waiting for an extended period and receiving repeated promises without results, I informed the company that I would terminate our agreement if the required revisions were not submitted. Instead of resolving the issue, the company chose to end the relationship and accused me of threatening them. My frustration was not caused by the price increase itself. It was caused by the repeated delays, lack of follow-through, and failure to deliver the revised plans after weeks of waiting and multiple commitments. I would not use this company again. Instead of professionally communicating with a customer and providing project updates, the owner chose to post a retaliatory review. Throughout this project, I repeatedly asked for status updates, revised plans, and completion timelines. Rather than providing clear answers, I was met with excuses, delays, and unprofessional text messages. What is most concerning is that the owner voluntarily walked away from the project without any legitimate reason. Even after he decided to stop working on the project, I asked him to send me his Zelle information or an invoice so I could pay for any work that had actually been completed. Instead of providing payment instructions, he chose to mock and criticize his own customer.

I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

After a couple of back and forth emails, he had them off to print. I picked up within a week of our first conversation and was blown away at the final product. Exceeding my expectations, truly. Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Cory and Katie are so incredibly helpful and professional. They take the time to make sure your order is exactly what you envision, and their quality of work is excellent--even after many, many washes over the last two years, the logo on the t-shirts still look brand new! Manhattan Stitching has been extremely flexible over the past few years when my organization has had to order shirts from them. This time around, they were very helpful and flexible when designing shirts to meet our budget. They even went above and beyond this year to make sure the original design and shirt quality wasn't lost, even though our budget was lower than previous years. Our church had a 40th Anniversary celebration and decided to have shirts printed. We had white shirts that needed a design on both front and back sides. We actually were going to print with another company however, the communication was not 100. So, we looked for other print shops and stumbled on Sanbon. The great reviews here pushed me to contact them right away. I sent the request on a Saturday night around 11pm. Robin replied back within a few minutes, and might I add wayyyy past business hours, BUT he was able to communicate everything I needed to know for an easy printing process. The next day, he already sent me the final price per each shirt and A MOCK of how the shirts would look like with the design we sent. HOW DID WE GET SUCH GREAT SERVICE WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS?! Due to the last minute request, he did suggest a waterbase print instead of oilbase, which we were totally okay with. Granted, our shirts were white with neutral font colors, but we were ecstatic that our budget was met with their quote. Shirts were dropped off Monday at noon and since we had children sizes that ranged from youth to infant Robin was cool enough to explain how the design will look on the smaller sizes, loved that he was very informative about that! so, after the drop off... get this, THE SHIRTS WERE FINISHED THAT EVENING! We picked up the shirts the next day on Tuesday. Once we picked up our shirts, they looked great. We are super happy with the experience from start to finish and can't wait to use them again for our future printing orders. Here's a photo sample of the design (it's on kid's shirt though). I'm sure it's a case by case depending on how many shirts you have to have had them printed so quickly but, we've dealt with other businesses before and SanBon was great and showed us they put their customers first. If yelp had Michelin Stars, SanBon definitely deserves one!
