He told her that the tires were not all season to simply promote a special instead of being truthful. He also proceeded to delay service for an oil change causing her to wait longer than necessary. He also apparently got an attitude when she presented a gift card they sent me in the mail's which is just not how you do business. I will not be returning due tot hear shady practices. What made it better was days later I got the actual technicians report who states tires were in good condition.

I Brought my ford explorer here last September for an oil change, tire rotation, and had my cabin…read moreair filter replaced only to find out the next day that when I went to go open my glove box, they had broken the plastic tabs that the glove box swivels on. When I called to inquire about it, he was trying to say that the technician didn't notice anything broken when that's 100% false because this glove box had not been opened since I purchased the vehicle and even if it was broken and then to not say anything about it, I think is ridiculous. 100% was not broken prior to having that cabin air filter serviced and slamming it shut and having it precariously hang until I'm driving and all of a sudden its falling because I see that the plastic tabs were broken which help it seat into the slots properly for closing as opining. So now it's a matter of driving over bumps whether it'll fall onto the floor or not because of this being damaged. Incredibly infuriating, so over the past year tried reaching out four different times and he tried telling me that the technician did not break it and essentially wasn't gonna do anything about it so I don't recommend going there. My glove box 100% wasn't broken prior to going there. Then slammed shut only held up by the latch at the top. When my glove box gets replaced this review will be updated. Google, trip advisor, yelp and other platforms are next if it's not replaced. Brand new this Glove box with black wooden trim is $350+ dollars. When this gets fixed, when/if I'll update accordingly. *2015 Ford Explorer Limited, Black interior with Black Wood Grain along interior. So when you get a replacement ordered the correct one is exact.

Before…read morepurchasing I asked what tires would be coming on the car, and I was told summer tires as it's a performance car. It turns out they sent me on my way on very used Winter tires without my knowledge. This was during the July heat wave where temperatures exceeded 95°. Next thing I know my car is squirming around on the highway, so I bring it to the closest dealership, Milwaukee North (Which is always a great experience) where they informed me of the Winter tire. I give the dealership a call and the manager Michael gives me a call back, saying how he suddenly found the set of four summer tires for me that was supposed to have originally. I eventually come to pick up the tires and find that a very large nail was embedded in the tire and it is no good. This confirmed my suspicion That the winter tires were mounted on to pass certification because that original summer tire would have never been acceptable By Mercedes certification standards, and the dealership was too cheap and shady to replace it. After many dodged calls, Fake promises to replies, And unanswered emails I have decided that I have lost faith in this Dealership to make things right. I have been offered a handshake discount of future service with no predetermined amount and nothing in writing. I don't think they understand. I already don't trust them. Why would I trust them to honor this? Once they have your money, they don't care about you anymore and will not make things right. Btw we have a $250k custom AMG GT on order from the other IA Mercedes Milwaukee dealership. It would be a shame for the dealership to have nobody to take final delivery of it, and lose out on much more money than a goodwill to make things right here. Milwaukee north is more than happy to take the order On a sidenote, There were a few minor issues with the GLE Such as a dead paddle shifter and some parking sensor things. The service advisor, Brandon was wonderful to work with, and was an exception to the experience I had here, and I give a huge kudos to him.
