I was looking for a new car as mine was pretty much on it's last legs. I went to some dealerships, did some test driving and got an idea what I was looking for. I was in the market for a midsize car as I am a taller person. I came into Enterprise and TJ Bedford greeted me as I walked in the door. He took the time to ask what I was looking for and what features I wanted. Since my other car was a 2004, no where to but up with the features!! I liked the Nissan Altima and noticed that they had some for sale on line. I wanted one without too many miles on it. I test drove one and liked it pretty well. I said I wanted to try a couple more test drives. I drove a Kia Optima and a Nissan Rougue. He said the Kia would have me sitting up a little higher and I did like this one the best. I am a sm biz owner, not easy to please and value service. I have also purchased many vehicles. With the exception of maybe 1 or 2 purchases, each time I was left feeling as if they took me for granted, charged far too high an IR based on other factors than my credit and provided marginal service. Especially last year from a dealer not far from these folks. I rarely even rented from Enterprise. Then my CU recommended them via Kevin Sapp. Not only was he IMMEDIATELY responsive, I never felt as if I was being taken for a ride, even though we test drove a lot of vehicles. I was an early adopter to internet sales. I did a lot of research online via their cool site and large inventory. Located a vehicle a few hundred miles away and bought it without a test drive because I trusted them to do me right. That they did. I had a hiccup here and there but they without question took care of me. My CU gave me an IR under 4% and mechanical coverage so I have NO ISSUES! These folks are great! Grant Essad from the waukesha location helped me get another car after I was in an accident due to black ice and my car spinning into a guard rail and was totaled. After he found out my 4 month old was in the car with me both Grant and Pedro spent 4 hours with us figuring out ways to help me get another car that was going to be a lot safer. We decided on the 2016 Chevy impala ltz limited since it's sturdy, and has onstar. I know a few people whom have even older models of the impala and have been in worse accidents and were safe due to the vehicles structure. I have always been skeptical with Car Dealerships but Zoya was very upfront with us and kept every word she said. Sarah made it happen by having it shipped to Waukesha from Michigan and Pedro helped to complete all the paperwork. It was fast and easy.
