The 80k service is extensive (and expensive) which is why we purchased the contract in the first place. We meticulously brought our Atlas in for every service when due. As we approached the end of the contract, my wife was informed by this dealer that our contract had expired - prior to receiving the very expensive 80k service. She tried to follow up with this dealer, but did not receive any calls back. Fast forward several months later, I (instead of my wife) call to set up service and miraculously they find that we do in fact still have the 80k service to go....however, now we are past the mileage allowed by the contract and the dealer is refusing to honor even though it was their error (or misogyny, decide yourself) that caused us to go over mileage in the first place. Just very unprofessional and questionable business dealings when they not only lie to my wife, but refuse to follow up with her, yet when I call the person tells me "oh yeah I can see it right here as soon as I pull it up that you have services left". When I noticed the paperwork in regard to my trade was not handled properly and seemed to be a situation of title jumping, I had a friend who works at another dealership take a look at the paperwork as well. Looking further into this it was founded that I was put down as this persons spouse, which we are not nor ever were married. When I went directly to Zeigler and spoke with Levi who sold the Jeep to this person, and who now is also the manager I told him this deal was done fraudulently, he explained he would contact the financial institution and get back to me. I had to call him 2 days later and to my surprise found out he did not call the financial institution but indeed call the other person in this situation. Made an agreement to bring the Jeep back and they would buy it back for what was owed on it. But 6 weeks prior when the other person involved was trying to sell it back they offered 4,000 less than what the balance was,because almost 20,000 miles had been put on it in less than a year. Fast forward to this situation and now you offer him full buy back. Side note I'm also out the 8,000 for my trade and was left without a vehicle!!!!!!!! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK, THIS PLACE CANNOT BE TRUSTED. They choose to help cover up an illegal deal vs doing the right thing.

Zeigler tells me the original dealer made a mistake in marking it branded but will not take ownership that they still sold it to me with the title branded. Now to top it off, I have been trying to get in touch with someone for 2 months about canceling my car's warranty and keep getting the same "someone will contact you soon" reply. Would never recommend this dealership. Bunch of scam artists. Recently, I discovered the bumper had been poorly repaired and was held on with GLUE and another part held on with ZIPTIES -- something that should have never passed a proper inspection, especially from a dealer claiming to perform a 120-point inspection on every vehicle. When I brought this to their attention, they shrugged it off as something "normal" for used cars and offered a trade-in that would've left me fully responsible for the negative equity -- as if that somehow resolved the issue. At no point did they take real accountability for the damage or the way the car was misrepresented at the time of sale. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would caution anyone buying from here to have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by a trusted third party before signing anything.
