There were over 25 people in the waiting room, elderly people and not even enough chairs for customers to sit in. There were at least 5 people standing up, these are people with heart conditions at that! Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Also their front desk staff lacks personality and/or compassion for people waiting. Office and equipment is super outdated, I'm sure the blood pressure monitor they used wasn't from the last decade.

I almost had an appointment until I gave the receptionist my health history and said that I need some blood and other lab work. Then she said she'd have the doctor call me. Two days later, the receptionist called me back and said that she wouldn't be scheduling any appointments for me with Dr. Nelson. That's too bad. I was looking forward to having her as my PCP. I remember when she opened her practice with her husband, Frank Baudino. My husband painted the sign on their door, and I began using him for my kids. Definitely, i'd like to say no stars, but I'll give her one as a show of disdain.

I was not seen by the doctor himself, but the NP was truly wonderful. She introduced me to the doctor, and he seemed kind from our brief introduction. My only concern that I have is the level of professionalism with the front desk staff. They are all very young and it is great that they are getting started in healthcare right away. However, I am a nurse and one of the most important things taught to healthcare providers is maintaining patient confidentiality. Unfortunately, the front office staff provided incorrect contact information to someone I am assuming they are contracted with. This company then contacted me to discuss my health plan at my place of work. They never attempted to reach me with my personal contact information provided. This is highly unprofessional and inappropriate. I never consented to being contacted at work and it made me extremely uncomfortable. When I called to speak to a supervisor, I was told that there wasn't a supervisor in the office and that I would receive a call back. The following day I received a call from the front desk staff stating the doctor wanted to discuss this matter with me in person at his office. After informing the staff that I live an hour and a phone call is sufficient for me, the front desk staff just repeated that the doctor wants to see me in person. I do not feel that I should be responsible for a 3 hour round trip commute because they made a mistake. Overall, I feel that if a company makes a mistake, they should address that mistake with compassion and understanding. I may be very upset about this situation, but I am also a nurse, and I get that accidents happen. If this office apologized and made time to speak with me I would not have gone as far as writing a review, but instead they made this difficult. The staff there need to learn from this and ensure that they hold themselves to a higher standard of maintaining patient privacy.

Dr…read more Nandipati's office called me yesterday to remind me of my appointment today and to let me know it would be over the phone and I should be ready for it at 3:30. After waiting almost an hour and a half at 10 minutes to 5 I called the office and got the answering machine telling me to call back during business hours. I never received a call. I will be looking else where for a doctor.

Sunshine pediatric is absolutely horrible my daughter had her 2 month check up today while waiting…read morein the waiting area a doctor went up to one of the secretaries and asked about patients insurance so she could see who to take next she said this loud enough for all the patients in the waiting area to hear absolutely inappropriate secondly we waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen for vaccines and for my daughter acid reflux just for the doctor to talk to me like I was a child and tell me everything I already knew then proceeded to tell me my child doesn't have pyloric stenosis after she was diagnosed by a different doctor in the practice. I kid you not every single day that i was pregnant i was sick. smells, even standing up made me sick. I would feel starving i would eat then it would come back up over and over. I would sweat from every pore in my body and feel like i wanted to faint. All things i reported to dr. Johnston. Nothing was looked into. I gained so much weight my stretch marks were ripping and becoming sores. I went to a doctor about it and was humiliated when the doctor was in such shock but offered no help. I didn't realize this wasn't right until my second pregnancy when i only gained 25 lbs. From the moment i got pregnant i had diabetes. How did he not recognize this? It could have taken mine and my babies life. My son was so big he was born not breathing due to being stuck on my pelvic bone. they called code blue it was the most horrifying experience of my life. My son is now 19 and i am still very much traumatized.
