I'm not sure how they have so many great reviews because they are awful at communication until they get called out. They billed us .20 (I believe this is 20 minutes) for an email that simply said "that's very good news keep us posted" after the other condo owner and I figured out our issue ourselves. We hired this law firm to represent us for an issue that occurred Jan 2024. Alan spoke to us briefly over the phone and was great- he made it sound like an easy solution and we just had to pay him 5k retainer. We never spoke to Alan again and he passed us to Natalie & team. We provided them updates about our situation and instead of providing any solutions we were given a large bill of absolute bs. They never reached out to the person we were having issues with. And they danced around the injunction they were supposed to file. After speaking with Gail we found out it would be very experience to peruse that route. Got it. So we each wasted ~ $1,500 We contacted them to cancel our service and refund the remainder of our money. I emailed to share my dissatisfaction of the firm but instead just received a long email about how great they thought they did. Their office admin contacted us on April 19 and we were told we should receive a check in the mail. Nothing.... it's been a month and we haven't heard anything. Do yourself a favor and find a different firm. Can't believe they took advantage.. first time home buyers getting screwed by lawyers they hired lol
