Finally- an old-fashioned pedicure!! This was my first pedicure at Manlius Nails and Spa, and it was everything a pedicure should be. CC was meticulous . She took the time to really clean up my cuticles and exfoliated thoroughly. She made my nails and skin look polished and soft (even before the color was applied). My daughter is a tough kid. She gets her nails done all the time. She was crying she was in so much pain. They burned my foot in the pedicure and then tried to argue with me. So bad we left before we were done and still paid them almost $100. These people are butchers. read more

This place is fantastic! I have come here several times and they have always done a thorough job. The lavendar spa pedicure and hot stone massage is amazing and the perfect therapy for dry, worn winter feet! Qui did a fantastic job, and Jackie is very nice. Worst experience in 50+ Years of Getting Nails Done! Full disclosure: This is Mrs. Thurgood. I go to salons for plain old manicures with clear finish, no tips, no acrylic stuff all the time, all across the US (I'm an artist, so using my hands requires nails which will work well in different things like clay or mortar.). The last time I had my nails done was 2 weeks ago in Phoenix. I've got a very good idea of how this SHOULD work. FIRST: The guy wipes what I can only assume was the last person's cuticle goo from the instruments he's about to use on me. I should have run, then. SECOND: My nails look like crap AND I can feel the burrs on the edges them. This is not going to work with my silk scarves. THIRD: As one reviewer noted, indeed, they water down the acrylics. I have take only one shower since the manicure (and done no art), and some of the clear acrylic has already come off. It's been ONE DAY! FOURTH: I paid $12 something--a bit pricey for my little neck-of-the-woods. Granted, any major city is usually $14 or so, but they take their time, the acrylics are top-of-the-line, and I walk out feeling great. FIFTH: A weird "garbage bag massage" is part of this. Hand of gawd, they whip out a garbage bag and rub your shoulders with it. Holey Moley. Moral to the story: DON'T GO THERE. read more

I live almost 10 miles away and make the trip to go to this salon specifically. They are very nice, very friendly, their English is rough but they try, and it makes a difference. I get a gel manicure, or a regular manicure and 9.8/10 times it's a perfect Manicure. Sometimes they're training new, young, technicians so if you get them the quality falters but it's still a good service and decent quality. Their prices are extremely fair. They can usually always take walk ins but prefer appointments. They do give you a complimentary massage on your neck, and shoulders, plus your hands and wrists when completed, and it's honestly really good for it not being an actual massage therapist. I saw in a previous comment from 4 yrs ago that they use garbage bags for the massage? That's not the case anymore at least for the last year. Every business is learning and improving, I think these guys really care about their service and quality and are trying to improve continuously. I can't speak for acrylic services since I never get those. Try them out if you're in need of a nice gel manicure for a good price! I'm a very fair reviewer, and also blunt, so in my experience I really have nothing bad to say. read more

I've been coming to this salon regularly (every two weeks) for a fill on the first set I got the first time I came. I've never had better service at a salon. I've never had an issue with my nails there. They are careful with their tools so your skin / cuticles are never nicked. They provide a massage at the end which is always a plus. Prices are reasonable and cheaper than other salons I've gone to. You can also find coupons in newsletters if you're local. Most importantly, my nails always look great! I finally found a reasonably priced, clean, caring salon I love! They also have the color changing gel polish which is a lot of fun! read more

I went one time and had excellent service and had a great time at a reasonable price! I would have given them five stars except I tried to go today (mother's day) at 10 am when they say they open, and they were closed. I waited 25 minutes and didn't open. I went to another nail salon down the road.... You need to be there when you say you're going to be open or at least put up a sign you're going to be closed on a certain holiday. read more

Never been to any salon in this area and I saw that this place had opened up a few months back. I decided to give it a go. Nice atmosphere, however they don't acrively advertise the prices of their services, (which are super expensive: $25 for a basic, mediocre pedicure and $12 for basic manicure). They also thin out their polish. It's so thin it drips like water. Technicians are super skimpy with polish and thus the color looks like trash unless you can find a color that hasn't been thinned out. Weirdly, they use empty trash bags to massage your back. Horrible SNS manicure. The man did not clip my cuticles, file my nails of perform any nail "maintenance". Just jumped right into dipping. When I asked if he could do it he said he would at the end... never did. Disappointing especially because no one else was in the place so I am not sure what the rush was. Wouldn't recommend. read more
