I went in to do my nails on a weekend , a Sunday as always and one of the owners Andy was very rude.After I had scheduled to do my nails with him he tells me I shouldn't have come in on Sunday. Mind you I have been there solely on Sundays, way over 10 times now. It's just this particular Sunday his wife who picks up all the calls was not in the shop that day so he was falling behind trying to do a Mani pedi on me while simultaneously picking up phone calls that were non stop. On top of that, the salon was packed with 5 and 6 year old girls who were doing their nails. I was patient the whole time til it came time to do the designs I had asked for before we even started as I always do and was going to pay for . He started sucking his teeth and wanting to do a half ass job when it came down to the designs and painting my nails.I had to call him out multiple times the entire time because he wanted to do short cuts,because he was on the phone the whole time . I had to tell him it's not the way he was going to handle the appointment for me. He then tried to tell me to not come in on Sunday's like what the fuck and sorry for my French. He has no right to dictate when I should schedule myself for an appointment . Especially since I called ahead of time and made sure I could come in on this Sunday as I always do. I told him no tell someone else that like all those mothers who happened to bring in their little 5 year olds on a Sunday to get their nails done it was holding up the salon on a Sunday when it can be very busy. Not me it wasn't me, he should have called out. Then When it came time to pay there is a sign a huge sign that says if you pay cash it's 5% off he tried to tell me he'd give me a card and after ten appointments I'd get one free appointment I said no because that never works and I was getting really irritated already. I finally paid the 5% off because I was not gonna take his fucking bullshit I paid cash but I don't think I'm coming back these people are assholes for the amount of money I spend in that salon on each appointment I set up. The owners have no problem taking your money but they want to overbook and try to fuck you over with the service they are supposed to provide. This place is not worth your time with so many other options . They can fuck themselves. read more

I picked this salon because it came with very high ratings when I searched for nail salons online. I have gone 4 times now and each time have seen someone different. I have been very pleased with the outcome everytime. I have read other reviews about the employees being rude and pushy. My experiences there have been very relaxing and quiet. The staff are all very friendly and polite even when I had my pedicure without polish. They had no problem with that! I am surprised to hear that people had issues because it is just the opposite for me! I have even referred several people there and this is my go to salon! read more

I was given a punch card that clearly states after 10 visits get one FREE. I tried to use that today and was told I only get 10 dollars off. I pointed to the card and said this clearly says FREE and she just kept saying no it's only ten dollars off, and then when I asked why they just said it will be $70. I feel like I was completely ripped off. I went all those 10 times paying around $70-$80 each time, paying extra $5 each time because apparently it's extra to get almond shape. I am so disappointed, I feel like I got scammed. I don't know why I would be given a card that clearly states FREE that would only be a $10 off coupon. Never going back. Please don't get taken advantage of if you go here. read more

I went with my cousin and it wad HORRIBLE!!! My cousin was bleeding, the UV light HURTS, and they were so rude and pushy. I asked for a painted design and she tried to put a STICKER on my nails Very lazy. They hurt my cuticles more than usual and it was not good experience. 10/10 would NOT recommend. read more
