They had to reluctantly, I might add, repair the heat as it wasn't working properly. They did what they could to get past that warranty period of 90 days. As I bought this towards winter, I didn't use the AC until the following summer. Nope. No AC as they condenser was shot. I could barely keep it on the road for the sway, they refused to make it right or find the issue as it was a problem at purchase, they said. They wanted my money for more appointments. I took it elsewhere and it was verified that it was a bad Rack & Pinion. It had chewed THREE sets of tires. One set I had had them put on and through that and TWO alignments, they somehow completely missed that the Rack & Pinion was bad. (?????) Either their service dept.is completely incompetent OR they knew and didn't want to pony up for the repairs. Either way, terrible service. In less than one years time, I have had to dish out 3K for their incompetence's. Granted, I should have Blue booked it before purchase, so I eat the double cost. However, to detail a car and just slap it on the lot without going over the vehicle ( If they HAD gone over it correctly, these issues would have ALL been seen and addressed, no excuse) is bad business. I was told this vehicle was gone over and in top condition. I'll not only never go back there again, I won't recommend anyone go there.

Just today, I took my wife's car in because of a "wobble" in a front wheel. Now the Car Dealer we purchased the vehicle from put it on a lift, showed her the uneven wear on the tire and claimed it was from a broken belt in the tire. FINCK's took the wheel off the car, spun it on their balancing machine, brought me over to take a look and showed me that the wheel itself was dented badly on the inside edge. The tire, which I had purchased from Finck originally, had no inherent defects. They then offered to install the spare for me in it's place (this is when I discovered that the rotten car dealer (not Fink) had not included a spare tire with our purchase of the then new vehicle!) So they put the original wheel back on and I drove it home. NO CHARGE! I could tell a dozen similar stories about how helpful FINCK's has been for me in the past 30+ years that I have been going there, but they ALL would be just as good. Now the Car dealer who sold us this car without a spare - when I had specifically requested that the spare be a full-sized one, and not a "doughnut" before we purchased it. That dealer is going to get an angry review on here shortly!

I gave them my Vin number and they advised me that a F-350 door would work just fine. I confirmed with my local Ford Commercial dealer and Jarrod was a huge help throughout the process. Before payment was even sent Jarrod gave me an exact run down of what was and was not included with the door. We then spoke about shipping and an ETA. Once payment was received and the door was picked up I received tracking info which was spot on. As you can see from the pictures the door was delivered in very strong wooden crate and plenty of wrapping.
