We truly appreciated the patience and ease of the initial design phase. The bathroom layout was challenging due to the space available. Kyle and Hannah offered multiple designs, met our questions and requests with a positive attitude and provided excellent suggestions. They worked with us until we got it just right. After the designs were set, the fun part of selecting materials began. What felt overwhelming was made easy and fun with the designer assigned to our project. Hannah was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has an excellent eye for color and space. The end result is a cohesive design that is pulled together with the design elements we chose. One word of advice for both Cornerstone and future customers, know your appliance selections before ordering cabinets. We weren't aware of the level of importance of this step. You would think that refrigerators have standard sizes but they don't. It's more general. Understanding what a 36" range looks like compared to a 48" range will make a big difference knowing what is then available for counter space and cabinet options. Design changes after cabinets are ordered are nearly impossible. For us, all appliances were available for delivery in about 3 weeks with the exception of the range, which wasn't available for 3 months. The kitchen was finished almost a month before the range arrived. Understanding when to place the order is helpful. Cornerstone recommends a local appliance company that is reputable and easy to work with. It took a couple of weeks to work through all of the options and make our choices. We started a little too late and experienced some frustration because of that. What impressed us most was the quality workmanship, professionalism and respect for our home shown by every Cornerstone employee and also every sub contractor provided for the project. We've had other smaller projects in our home and can't say the same. It's obvious that Cornerstone has high standards and expectations for anyone they send to their customer's homes. The end result for the bathroom, first floor flooring and kitchen is absolutely spectacular. Look at their instagram and you will see. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends and already have.

As busy as they were managing multiple home projects, Marco and his team were truly dedicated in attending to our desires and genuinely GENUINELY cared. They didn't nickel and dime us, but from the beginning I always got the vibe that their greatest satisfaction was seeing their customer absolutely LOVE their home. And we ABSOLUTELY LOVE our home. 150%! When we first came across the house we bought it was about 50% complete. It had the foundation, framing, and roof completed. Initially, we thought the house was a bit too big for what we were going for, but the architectural design and layout of the home honestly made the house a perfect fit for us. We came in at just the right time where we were able to make some design tweaks (i.e. remove elevator design, modify master bedroom closet, modify formal living room for an office, modify a wine room into a storage space, etc). Additionally, we were able to make selections for all the bathrooms, accents walls, mud rooms, wet bar, coffee bar, butler pantry, and much more. As a Naval Officer, I take a lot of pride in being a man of integrity. Therefore, I want to be completely honest. Was there bumps along the way? For sure. But when you're building your dream home, and its not an actual custom home build - there will be some bumps. I would take these bumps every single time as opposed to going through the pains of a new construction custom build that comes with a lot of risks. With that said, every bump was able to be communicated and worked out. When I say Marco has a team truly dedicated to attending to our desires - he has a great team. Tony, their CFO, was not too busy to get his hands dirty and took the time to work on some requests and/or discrepancies. He is a man that takes a lot of pride in punctuality and timelines, but he is also a man that prides on delivery a quality product to his customers. Darren, one of their designers, was so responsive and upbeat - he was an absolute pleasure to work with and provided timely responses. In a time where supply chain issues are present, Bella Homes did a remarkable job in planning ahead and delivering a quality product to its customers. What made this experience even better was the fact that they valued my input and often sought my input. What an amazing feeling it was to walk into a home that you felt like was a custom build, and not having to feel like you have to hire a bunch of contractors after closing to do a bunch of remodeling. For those in the military and are familiar with performance reviews, as a senior Lieutenant Commander in the Navy with 16 years of service I would give Bella Homes my absolute HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION for building you your next home. Since then, my sister has bugged me to get my house retested and recommended RTS Environmental because she had used them and was very impressed. I finally gave in and called for an appointment. I am very happy. The guy who came out was on time, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. As we went through the house and he pointed things out, he also gave me tips and told me things about mold and mildew that I had never heard of. When he was finished, he gave me a "homework" sheet of things I needed to do and tips on how to keep the mildew he found from growing back. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I got her the information initially, and then a day after they finalized the initial estimate came back with 1 tweak, which they were more than happy to adjust their estimate to accommodate. Not once did I feel like the process was a burden. Saint's estimate was very competitive; however, we received a similar estimate from a contractor we had used previously for a lot of work and were familiar with their work product. Because of my positive experience with Saint for this estimate, I'll be saving them to reach out to for future projects. This was one of the most professional estimate process I've been through for a contractor project. I would recommend Saint Construction based on the extremely professional estimate process. They were prompt to respond to my request for quote, detailed in their quote and responsive to all of my questions. When the work began, I noticed right away that they were very detail oriented, and hard working. And they conscientiously cleaned up at the end of each day. I had a family emergency mid-way through construction and they were so patient as we had to do some collaboration virtually and get creative with access to the property. The onsite team gave me very good advice on several things to adjust, small changes to the plan that overall really made a difference -- these weren't "upselling" which sometimes occurs, but just them giving advice based on their experience. I am so happy with the results!

After our previous contractor left us without communication and without starting the job, we were referred to Greg, who immediately jumped in to get the job done before our move-in date: from start to finish, they were able to take down the wall, add lighting, and paint the room in one week! They offered super helpful advice and solutions to problems we didn't anticipate, like adding tasteful cedar planks to cover unfinished walls left by the previous owners. Not only were they quick and professional, but Greg patiently emailed back and forth with me while at work (since I couldn't have my phone on me) to go over my ideas and keep me updating on what was going on. We are so thankful to have been able to work with NOVA Contractors!!

We were a bit caught off guard but was willing to pay because we wanted to move forward with the project. And then, crickets. No word from Greg or the engineer. After a few ignored emails he finally responded to my husband; he thought it was a different client who he had recently met. When my husband reminded Greg that he already knew him and had come to our house, again, nothing. The last attempt to reach out to Greg was very disheartening. We were honest, saying we had reached out to other contractors, but that we like him and wanted a quote. He told us to move forward with them as he is pretty busy. Period. The end. What a waist of time!!! Unless your the more profitable project, move on!
