Let's just say that my contactor was at my home for most of the day as there were some unexpected issues with installing my ceiling fan and with my front door lock. Leon, my contractor, was very easy going and friendly and when I had a problem with locking my door he came back to fix it w/no problems. Dan and Leon are great and they really care about your satisfaction as a customer. They will not let the sun go down if something is not right and you are not completely satisfied. This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others.
