Since 1999, Robert Manners, Esq., of counsel, and previously of Manners & Associates, LLP, has provided boutique law services in the areas of private equity, leveraged buyouts, corporate reorganizations, corporate restructuring, private placements and in the complex negotiations necessary to bring a deal from the planning and idea stage to actual closing; over that same period he has provided legal services in general business law, bankruptcy law, church law, wills and estates planning.
Since 1996, Randall K. Malone, Esq., has served clients in general litigation, business law, matrimonial & family law, bankruptcy (including Chapters 7, 11, & 13), foreclosure defense, & appeals. Prior to law school Randall K. Malone was Vice President for Acquisitions at a national real estate investment firm partnering in projects generating low income housing tax credit.
Meet the Manager: Robert M.
Admitted in 1994 to the practice of law in New York and New Jersey. Robert Manners attended New York Law School, Baruch College and the University of Paris where he graduated with a JD/MBA, through a joint graduate degree program. He also studied law at Oxford University in England. While in Paris, Mr. Manners worked in the International Capital Markets division of Crédit Lyonnais investment bank.
In 1999 Robert Manners established Manners & Associates with the focus on assisting small to mid-size companies to grow. Since then the firm has expanded to include a variety of business, estate and finance related areas.
