Dear Mike, I am…read morewriting to formally express my sincere appreciation and strong commendation for Tony's exceptional work in connection with my recent matter. From the outset, he demonstrated professionalism, diligence, and responsiveness that far exceeded my expectations. Legal matters can often be stressful and complex, yet Tony handled every aspect of my case with clarity, organization, and a calm confidence that immediately inspired trust. What stood out most was his attention to detail and proactive communication. I was consistently kept informed, my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly, and no issue--large or small--was ever treated as insignificant. It was evident that he not only understands the technical aspects of legal procedure but also appreciates the human side of client service. In addition, Tony displayed remarkable commitment and follow-through. Deadlines were met without exception, documentation was precise and well-prepared, and interactions were always respectful, professional, and solution-oriented. The quality of work reflected both competence and genuine care. AND,,,he got tough when it was called for. We had a few instances where the other side did "questionable" things and Tony "got with them" (if you know what I mean). Please know that Tony represents your firm at the highest level. Professionals like Tony significantly enhance your firm's reputation and client confidence. Because of this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend your firm to others. Thank you for employing individuals of such caliber. I hope this letter is placed in his personnel file as a reflection of the outstanding service provided. With appreciation, Andrew Irwin Melton

From the…read morebeginning, Mr. Ashish Kapoor took the time to listen carefully to my case, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Mr. Ed Gunning and Ms. Rachel worked on my case and were consistently professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I also interacted with Ashi and Berdlay during the process, and everyone I dealt with at the firm was friendly, patient, and very easy to work with. What stood out most was their level of expertise. It was clear that immigration law is truly their specialty. They anticipated issues before they became problems and knew exactly how to handle each step of the process efficiently and correctly. The immigration process can be stressful, but the team explained each step clearly and took the time to walk me through everything. They knew exactly what needed to be done, handled every issue efficiently, and were always available to answer my questions. Their guidance made the entire process much smoother and far less overwhelming. I am very pleased with the service I received and grateful for their help in successfully completing my U.S. citizenship process. I would confidently recommend Kapoor Immigration Law Firm to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive immigration law team.

I don't know if you guys keep audio recordings of your intake assistants' communication and I…read moreapologize for giving you such a bad rating, but the first point of contact of the company is technically the gate of all communication, and unfortunately, Angela wasn't just uncooperative, but she was petty and vindictive. I had a meeting scheduled which I waited for. It was scheduled for 5PM but she had called way after that; that's not an issue though as I gave it some wiggle-room. It started off fine and formal but she was pace-policing immediately, so if I said anything more than she wanted to hear, she'd interject. And the thing is, I know how this dance goes. I only give pertinent information during this call, they're not therapists or partners, they're intake assistants. They handle the brunt of the emotion and potential plaintiffs and defendants. I would wait patiently even though she'd constantly snap-interject over whatever I was saying. She'd constantly interrupt what I was saying to add unnecessary and pointed interrogatives, like "okay, yeah but who?" and I would be like "...the next word I was going to say was literally their name. Why do you keep doing that? Why do you keep interjecting like that? You keep interrupting and not letting me talk every time I speak." And she ignored my question, she just pretended like I didn't ask her anything and continued on with the interview. Then whenever I'd ask her a minute question like if she needed anything, she wouldn't respond at all. She wouldn't acknowledge my questions or inquiries, and she'd only resume when she wanted to. So I just patiently put up with it but she got petty about it. Eventually, once again - she kept doing the thing where she would interrupt me to ask redundantly about the thing I was about to say, like she knew she was being obnoxious. Eventually I was saying how I was mistreated and I used an F-bomb as in "The company got caught red-fuckin'-handed" and once again, she starts talking over me and was like, "LET'S KEEP THIS PROFESSIONAL, WE'RE ALL PROFESSIONALS HERE, NO BAD LANGUAGE" and while she was doing that we got disconnected, and I don't know if she hung up on me on purpose or if I or someone near me bumped my phone, and we tried calling each other back. She left a voicemail saying she doesn't know what happened but if I want to work with her, call her back. I called back, she picked up the phone and left it off the hook for five minutes. She was talking to someone else in the background but she just left it off the hook after telling me to call back. I thought she might've just wanted me to wait on hold or something, and then she just hung up on me after a few minutes and didn't answer the next time I called. It's a concern because if I were a plaintiff in this case, and I needed immediate intervention and assistance from someone from Valli Kane, and she was behaving like that and was the one handling the inbound communication? We'd be detrimentally fucked. Strategically she is a liability, and I really didn't appreciate the way she treated me. Please be careful guys!

This group very clearly only cares about money. I submitted a form through their website and…read morescheduled a free consultation. The consultation was not with a lawyer but instead someone who took notes and chastised me for talking "too fast" then cut me off after 10 minutes. They only asked about one facet of my claim and did not ask me to elaborate on more serious allegations. Then they called me back to tell me they weren't taking my claim, which wasn't a surprise because they clearly didn't care about my case from the beginning. On top of this, they replied rudely to my Google review and implied that I was "troubled". If you're going to consider this firm just note that you have less than 15 minutes to concisely "sell" your case to these people and you better talk slowly or you're going to be yelled at.
