I signed a contract on August 6th, 2024, paid a 50% deposit ($4,415.08), and was told the project would be completed in about 10 weeks. Over six months later, no work has been done. They didn't even pull permits or order materials. Communication was terrible--calls weren't returned, and I constantly had to chase them down for updates. After sending a demand letter in October, they promised me a refund by the end of November. Now it's December, and the check hasn't even been written. This company talks a big game about values, but they don't seem to follow the most basic one: the golden rule. Treating customers fairly and keeping promises should be standard, but that's not what I experienced. They caused nothing but frustration and wasted time. I strongly recommend that nobody use this company for any project. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
