It's one thing that you're understocked compared to other area Walmarts but your customer service is also horrible. Where did you get the idea that it would be good to get rid of all physical employees that are cashiers and expect your hundreds of waiting customers to stand in a line that's backed up to near the back of the store for the wonderful opportunity to use one of your 4 crappy self checkout registers that are open? Btw, the line would probably move faster if you didn't have to insert your card 3 times into the keypad then swipe for it to work. A mixed cocktail of STD's would be better than a shopping adventure at your store.

Cashier said Welk, there are no tags! Really? I asked for Manager and she said Well, there are No Tags and with Covid and the way things are, we cannot do anything!! Poor Customer Service. I went to Belk because everyone told me that was the best store to shop at. I walked in was not even greeted by anyone working there. There was also seasonal decor for sell in the booths so its also kinda like a thrift store. Not everything was old and antique. Will definitely be going back every month to check out the booths.
