Whiteville Belk's Customer Service SUCKS!! Took back a pair of jeans purchased a few weeks ago. Pulling apart at zipper. Had Receipt and wanted to swap out for same jeans! Cashier said Welk, there are no tags! Really? I asked for Manager and she said Well, there are No Tags and with Covid and the way things are, we cannot do anything!! Poor Customer Service. I am an older lady and haven't been shopping for myself in years so I was looking to get a new makeover which included a new ward robe, perfume, hair products, etc... I went to Belk because everyone told me that was the best store to shop at. I walked in was not even greeted by anyone working there. After looking around for awhile I finally asked for some help but was ignored. So, I decided to leave but it was their loss because I was prepared to spend an obscene amount of money, lol. read more
