If I could I would leave no star ! Don't walk run as far away from this company - I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Not only did they sell my son a vehicle with major issues, but when we tried to get answers, we were met with nothing but the runaround, broken promises, and complete disrespect. Instead of standing behind their word, the staff cussed at us, threatened us to stay quiet, and acted like we were the problem. My son never missed a single payment, yet when it came time for them to do right by him, they showed nothing but attitude and dishonesty. No hardworking person deserves to be treated this way. Instead of helping him, the shop manager actually told him the only way they would sell him a replacement motor was if he brought in the heads off a motor for the manager's personal use. On top of that, my son was threatened and cursed at over an employee's personal phone call -- completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated this way. This dealership isn't even BBB accredited for a reason. They take advantage of hard-working people, make threats to silence complaints, and should not be trusted. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to check out the 2011 Chevy dually and was told the only thing wrong with it was a busted front bumper. We drove 5 hours just to get there only to find out that there were a multitude of issues and the owner, John, is pushy and rude. Absolutely horrible and awful! This places goal is to screw you over as much as humanly possible. Mother daughter father teenager? They don't care. All they care about is money and don't care about delivering. They tricked my daughter and scammed her as badly as humanly possible. I told her not to buy a car without me and didn't listen. By the time I joined in on the situation they had already taken horrible advantage of her. I posted about my experience only to find many reputable people I knew had already experienced the same thing with them. She now has a half working car that isn't new or nice and she has two payments for it. The first one she payed for she didn't make it five minutes down the road before it blew the motor. The salesman told her all issues with the car had been fixed and that it just needed some minor work and love to have it working it great order. Then they strung her along for 3 months and took her money saying it was in the shop and she had to pay for the repairs. That is when I joined in and showed up. I told the man she was not responsible for the work and that was on him. Fast forward I show up again to be told by owner that the salesman had sold his personal car to her and it had nothing to do with him and that the only thing he could do was put the money she paid toward another vehicle, so she pays twice to get one car and gets forced into a 19% loan that he tried to make a 23% loan after she already has a loan with the bank! I told her get her money back and go somewhere else and he refused her money back. Come to find out the salesman and him were in touch the whole time. The other car never even left the lot even tho it supposedly was getting repaired! We did our best for months to get the kid to give back the money for the repairs he stole and he never would! So finally after going to the police station and putting a report in place he finally rudely sends the stolen money back. The car she ended up being forced to get is a piece of shit. She is already having to replace major parts in it only months after getting it. I mentioned the engine sounding off while we were there and they brushed it off and said it was just the sound of water on the engine from cleaning. I pray people research where they go before they go there so they can avoid a situation like this. No one deserves this especially a young girl barely 21 making her first big purchase and working having to pay her own bills. Now she has about 1000$ a month just to pay for this car that she will likely be paying on long after it no longer drives. I pray everyone that screw over has the guts to tell their story and report them to the better business bureau so that they can be stopped. I pray I don't see the man that owns it because I consider myself to be a classy respectful kind woman, but there is no kindness in me for him. And if anyone including law enforcement or any possible future customers see this and wonder about proof I have saved plenty in case anyone needs to or wants to see it! at 9:30/10pm on a friday night a repo truck from Mann's performance drove 45 minutes to tow my husbands vehicle for past due payments .. no knock, didn't ask if we wanted remove our property out of the vehicle just came on private property..took it quietly. sure legally no wrong done but a back seat and trunk full of good /high end tools , clear as day! knowing all those tools were in the car while repossessing it was definitely a priority my husband worked out of the vehicle! 30min/ 1hr my husband would have paid what was owed in full before another missed payment but no opportunity to due to them repoing on the date payment was due and before date was over.. called mans to retrieve the tools they gave me no hassel over the phone about us getting our belongings untill i showed up to get it all with previous promises to my family member that no one would touch the car untill our stuff was out due to the high chance of a manns preformance employee being untrustworthy as they 99% are up there i get there to see the car was broke into as it was locked when they took it we had the only Key supposedly thats why it was a big deal to bring it for our belongings ..All valuable work tools. STOLEN from my husband $1,000 worth to be exact .. receipts on proof of purchase too. the most disrespectful part is no one cared to give me the "repo service" or names of employees sent to my house supposedly didnt know who nor cared That a theft had taken place at this so called place of business nor did the office "Manager" help us by calling law enforcement to report stolen property!
