Everything. The service to the food. 1st you don't throw/slide the customer's food at them with an additute. 2nd The sandwiches were made wrong. The Ham/Cheese club wasn't made right. It was barely toast it didn't have mayo or lettuce tomatoes or bacon on it. It wasn't a club. 3rd Both sandwiches weren't toasted. 4th NO Cole Slaw or pickles were added to either club. 5th the cheesecake slice was frozen. It tasted terrible. Normally I wouldn't leave a bad review as I work in the industry but this is the third time my order has been less than par. I ordered 2 BLT's and a Caesar salad. The salad came missing the croutons, minimal cheese and mediocre lettuce. The 9.99 BLT came literally just that no chips nothing. Seems a bit much for the price to be a small cold sandwich with 2 pieces of bacon, 1 piece of lettuce and bread.... Not to mention I removed the tomato but added cheese on one of the sandwiches and was charged to add the cheese yet it gives no credit for removing the tomatoes. Most places thats an even swap. 32.00$ for what I obtained in the pictures below is very upsetting. Best pizza in the hole Cumberland county no matter what. Pizza is super fresh with a lot of flavor and the service is awesome

We paid and were told they'd bring it out to car. 25 minutes go by so finally go back to check and they forgot to bring it to us. The buffalo chicken cheesesteak had no cheese on it and while the chicken and bread was good it was overdone with sauce which wouldn't even bother me if it wasn't sitting around longer than it should have since they forgot to bring it to us. On top of that the sauce was much hotter than any other place I got buffalo chicken cheesteaks from. The food is average here and there are better options for pizza in Vineland such as pizza queen and vitos and Lucas at the mall. They also could be a little friendlier. I don't even usually bother with yelp reviews but it was a little frustrating to be craving somethign and be disappointed. read more

poor customer service!! made my food wrong and didn't provide the items that i requested. i called back and they said that they would send the other items. i agreed to accept the wrong food. 30 minutes later i called about missing items and was told that he thought i would eat as is without missing items, but the driver was on the way. 85 minutes later missing items still not here. read more

Terrible quality pizza. Over the years this place has gone down the drain. Even visiting the location in Millville nj we weren't surprised with the same results. Such a shame. Doesn't help that the staff lacks customer service but most importantly the cook or whatever you call the guy creating This slop should be removed from every kitchen on earth. We noticed him smoking a cigarette behind the building as he came in he touched our food packaged it and we smelled pizza and tobacco. First of all the girl who took my order did not know the menu, she did not take my name. When my husband went to pick up the ordwe he told her she did not take my name so she had to look for it. The guy who rang him up only said "sign the top, take the bottom. We ordered an extra large pizza, what a joke! It was a large at best.
