Nothing of substance was accomplished, the long bathroom breaks, clearly described things built incorrectly and everything was slow, walked. The final straw before I fired him was that he submitted billing without approval for three workers when he had two on site. And that was before I saw how little he got done. The Plasterer who followed him required me to do much of his work over again. Add to that request that I made for things to be done that he indicated he would do and that just never did. David claimed that stock was ordered was never delivered, including a considerable amount of framing material and a pulldown stair staircase. Since he ordered and received these materials I put him in touch with Lowes to straighten the matter out, which he never did. He damaged a $2000 door, never told me it was damaged. NFG
