My mom's laundry was becoming an issue but Christy & CeCe were on top of getting it under control, thankfully! I do recommend labeling your family member's clothing before being laundered. ALL of the therapists are awesome! Andrea, Grace & Carmella are absolutely wonderful! They genuinely care about their patients/residents. Without getting into specifics, Alisia the wound care nurse is friggin' great! Nurses Yessica & Avey (sp?), as well as CNAs CeCe & Sarah are fantastic to my mom! My mom thrives here! She's social again & has the desire to push herself again because of the care she's been getting. That's all that matters to me.

I started adding sea salt to my protein powder mix. Later I added other electrolytes and I switched to mostly drink alkaline water instead of tea or sodas. A lot of my aches and pains went away. I started yoga in 1969 doing football. I dropped doing it until about 1993. I have kept it up since then. In my retirement I am grateful that some days I can get in 3-4 classes a day. I was rear ended on my way to class this summer. My car is out of the shop after taking 50 days to be repaired. My body has had a few other previous car wreck injuries that got aggravated in the recent whiplash. A couple of my previous chiropractors had moved away or retired. Blame in on under staffing, regardless, if you do not have adequate staff you do not take on more patients. PERIOD.. This is all about money. Please be aware, wake up& educate yourselves on how our modern medical system operates. I was told by a specialist at the hospital that it would've been life threatening had I not called her out of that hell hole. She is now on a LIFELONG antibiotic as a result. The bill read: "Need to set up a payment plan? Call customer service at..." Hoping to do just that, I called the 800 number shown on the bill. I was on hold for 35 frustrating minutes until I got connected with a representative who's command of English is "not exemplary", requiring me to ask her several times to repeat things she said so I could understand her. Despite the bill stating that payment in full was due "yesterday" (Sunday 2/22/26), I was told my bill was not "finalized" yet and that she could not set up a payment plan until it was. I asked when that would happen and she suggested I "call back in a week or two" (meaning: she didn't know). Extremely frustrating!!

At my first appointment the therapist did not read the post op report and was not aware of what was done but wanted to start therapy. I insisted she read the report prior to us doing the therapy I offered to email it to her right then so she wouldn't have to have the front desk dig to find it, in the end I had her read it on my phone. As therapy happened each week she didn't seem to know what to really do with me. she did not do any baseline measurements and she did not add anymore exercises until I told her my surgeon said she should have added several others in, at that point she says well yeah I guess do that too if he wants you to. She never stretched my arm properly as what should have happened. She worked with me for about five minutes on my most recent appointment and that was the final straw. I changed physical therapy offices and am beyond happy that I did. However I am now behind on my recovery due to sticking it out for weeks. With in one visit at the other office I have soo much improvement the new therapist worked with me for an entire hour and is really going to help me. For someone who knows no better this office will seem ok. But for your own good and progress go elsewhere where. This was my second time giving them a chance. Please be more hands on for your current patients and if you are not knowledgeable on how to handle your shoulder surgery patients do your reseach. I am just disappointed.

They also do actual hands on soft tissue massage at the beginning, prior to exercising with their cheerful and helpful Physical Therapy assistants. At the end of appointment offered heat or ice at your preference I'm a retired Registered Nurse and admire their professionalism, as well as cleaning of equipment.
