At my first appointment the therapist did not read the post op report and was not aware of what was done but wanted to start therapy. I insisted she read the report prior to us doing the therapy I offered to email it to her right then so she wouldn't have to have the front desk dig to find it, in the end I had her read it on my phone. As therapy happened each week she didn't seem to know what to really do with me. she did not do any baseline measurements and she did not add anymore exercises until I told her my surgeon said she should have added several others in, at that point she says well yeah I guess do that too if he wants you to. She never stretched my arm properly as what should have happened. She worked with me for about five minutes on my most recent appointment and that was the final straw. I changed physical therapy offices and am beyond happy that I did. However I am now behind on my recovery due to sticking it out for weeks. With in one visit at the other office I have soo much improvement the new therapist worked with me for an entire hour and is really going to help me. For someone who knows no better this office will seem ok. But for your own good and progress go elsewhere where. This was my second time giving them a chance. Please be more hands on for your current patients and if you are not knowledgeable on how to handle your shoulder surgery patients do your reseach. I am just disappointed.

She's had her hands full with me with 2 knee replacements, a back surgery and a neck procedure that didn't produce results. My doctor couldn't figure out why the anti inflammatory injections didn't work and even when he burned the nerves to kill the ends didn't work. Well, Sabrina has a very inquisitive mind and figured out what was holding back my recovery. I went from having terrible headaches and limited head movements to almost being my old self. I'm back to playing the drums and enjoying life again. She has a gift and is a special kind of person. I'm forever grateful to her because I am living now and not just trudging through the day. Her staff is great also (the ones I've met). Audrey and Jose are always pleasant and smiling (I can see it in their eyes behind their masks) and Michelle does a great job at the front desk. So I want to share my experience. After two kids, I have pelvic floor issues. I went in seek of help with sneezing and peeing, leaking when running, and a naval hernia. As others said, during my first few visits it was refreshing to be treated with both western and eastern type of healing approaches. I had my first experience with acupuncture. However after each visit I was confused on if anything was changing, I couldn't feel any difference. After 5 visits I realized that's all they could offer. She had given me a total of three exercises to do. In the 6th visit I asked "what other exercises can you give me, what's next?" And she told me "work up to 1000 reps of kegels every day." That was it. I didn't come back. I can find way more information online about diastasis rectis than what she provided me. Do not go here to get help with pelvic floor care.

I started adding sea salt to my protein powder mix. Later I added other electrolytes and I switched to mostly drink alkaline water instead of tea or sodas. A lot of my aches and pains went away. I started yoga in 1969 doing football. I dropped doing it until about 1993. I have kept it up since then. In my retirement I am grateful that some days I can get in 3-4 classes a day. I was rear ended on my way to class this summer. My car is out of the shop after taking 50 days to be repaired. My body has had a few other previous car wreck injuries that got aggravated in the recent whiplash. A couple of my previous chiropractors had moved away or retired. I found Dr Brittni and LifeForceNV on Yelp by looking for a nearby location that had great reviews. She also is married to a vet who also is in law enforcement. She gives discounts to both. Her massage therapist, @gingerroottherapy is also a combat 82d Airborne vet that was stationed at Ft Bragg NC. Both have helped to heal me back to normal with things like #cupping, represented by the octopus hologram for the suction cups. I use supplements from Amazon and Dr Brittni sells me one ... I told the person at the front desk that I was in pain and wanted the first available appointment. She told me that the first available appointment is July 23rd. A month from now. There is no way I can wait for a month. When I told her that a month is a long time away, she shrugged her shoulders. Can't believe that a physical therapy office is so booked up. Hire more people so that you can help patients in a reasonable time.

Received a call on Monday and was able to get in today.. ( perfect timing )..scheduling staff very professional. Five stars for one of my key decision factors: Efficiency.. and follow up.. Received an email to fill out the forms prior- love that! Hopefully I'll get answer to my long awaiting (five months). shoulder pain.. Of course I'll do an updated review after my visit.. 9/25/26- great visit!.. Brian and staff are attentive and very thorough.. Discovered I have an impingement .. Brian and his crew were upbeat, supportive, challenging, attentive, fun, and professional.
