Not only was their pricing competitive, the communication was excellent and pricing was super competitive!!! I used the fast & free text quote feature on their website. Fast was an understatement - it was within minutes!!! I was pleasantly surprised by the rate as it was great! I replied to ask about the timeline for scheduling, as I was kind of in a rush due to some other work needing to be done that hinged on the mirror removal. They said to call the office and speak to Maria to formalize the appointment but they could do it the NEXT DAY!! Wow!!!! I was floored - every other quote I got was 2-4 weeks out! I called Maria and she was beyond wonderful - easy to talk to, efficient, and precise. The next morning, the crew showed up to do the job. I couldn't have been more pleased in any dealing than I was with Manor Mirror. These guys are really good, the best of top-notch professionals. I had managed to stupidly smash a huge mirror in what is one of my all-mirrored walls. Ugh! I had thought it would cost thousands of dollars to repair if in fact it could be repaired. But neither turned out to be the case. Based upon the very good advice of my handyman, Brian Clerkin, I gave Manor Mirror a call and I quickly got a rough quote over the phone followed up by a visit from one of their very able workmen, who took all the proper measurements including one for an electrical wall plugin. And, when it came to installation, his measurements turned out to be spot-on perfect. Within less than a week, Manor Mirror gave me a call to set up a time and date to remove the old broken mirror along with its beveling and install the new mirror and new mirror beveling. When they arrived everything went so slick, professional, and quick, I was amazed. It all seemed so easy and went so perfectly. But the best surprise for me was the price. It was totally reasonable. I spoke with Tom to have a glass shower door installed. Tom came over on the same day to take the measurements. the job was handed over to Maria were it fell apart. Maria does not seem to have a clue. she doesn't know how to schedule or how to keep a schedule. the door was installed and it is leaking at the lower portion of the door, it was not installed level. I spoke with Tom to have them come out and correct the problem. it was scheduled and he once again handed it to Maria who didn't do anything. They never showed and when I called to complain she had no idea why I would be upset. Do not have anything to do with Maria she will NOT get the job completed correctly! read more

I had been trying to find a professional company to remove wall mirrors in my living room. However, several people told me they would put a blanket on the floor and put a sledgehammer to it but I knew from research that it could be done with commercial suction cups. Manor Mirror was the first company that said they used the suction cups and cutting method. They did the job in a timely manner and with no sledgehammer! They removed the mirrors easily. As the last finishing part of a $ 200K whole house interior renovation, I needed two antique wall mirrors. I called Manor Mirror and the woman asked what type of mirror I wanted. My explanation was that I did not know all their available selections, but plain mirror base with gold or brown veins was OK. She said that Tom, the owner would come out and bring samples of what they have. 20 minutes before the appointment time, Tom calls and his opening remark is, and I quote, " I think we're going to pass on this job if you think I am loading 300 pounds of samples and driving 5 miles there". I couldn't believe his attitude, especially since I never asked him to do that! Can't believe they stay in business with an owner that thinks and acts like this. Don't worry Tom, I won't bother you again, but FYI, I usually get two estimates for any project, so The Glass Dr. came out later, and I gave them $ 1,000 deposit for my project. Manor Mirror blew it and I will be sure to let anyone who asks. I should have listened to Jose C who also gave Manor Mirror a poor customer service review. I needed two glass shower doors and both walls were really off size. Measurements were taken and corrections were made in the form of inserts. An appr date was given and doors were ready on time. Installation, I'm sure was very annoying for the guys because of the wall but they finished it perfectly!!! Both doors move with the touch of a finger!!!! Took in a mirror to have it cut down. They did it very quickly while I waited. However they cut off the good side and left the side that was losing silver. I took it back and the manager or owner was very rude and told me they couldn't give me a new mirror. I had never asked for one ! I asked him "wouldn't common sense tell you not o cut off the good side?' His response alluded to employees, and was not something I would have liked hearing if I worked there. So I had him cut down the mirror further then I really wanted to remove the flawed areas. So, IMO I would take my business someplace else. read more

Went to store to get glass put into a couple of cabinet doors and that went fine. I called later to have them come out for an estimate for a fairly large mirror project in two bedrooms is where things fell apart. Schedule appointment #1 for a Tuesday after his vacation in which the owner 'completely forgot' and never showed up. Got a call 2 hours after he was suppose to show claiming 'he forgot'. He apologized and I accepted and asked him to come by the next day instead. Next day comes, secretary leaves me message on phone (around 11am) tells me owner will be by in an hour. Around 3pm I get a second call from secretary (which I did answer) telling me the owner will be there in 1 hour (huh?). I said fine. Waited till 6pm and called the owner asking where he was. He said I never responded to his secretary's call (which is a lie, since I spoke with her and have the phone date/time and call length recorded). Basically told me i was lying, but I told him to stop by the next day anyway since I'm always home and I really wanted to get the job done. 3rd day, no call, nothing... Just blew me off. I'm not one to waste time writing negative reviews, but if this pompous jerk (Tom) can't treat customers with respect, then people should be made aware of this. I ended up taking my $2K job to another vendor who showed up when they said, on time and without some excuse. read more
