They sent a couple of guys to install the windows and had to wait 10 months for the sliding door to come in from the manufacturer. However the guys they sent were very unprofessional. When the sliding door finally came, they sent two different guys to install it and they had no idea what they were doing. They took over 10 hours to install. The guys was reading instructions on what to do. They had to call a more experienced guy to come in and make adjustments. Then they damaged my vertical blinds and the owner didn't even offer to replace them. Instead he was suggesting how they should be installed when I replace them. Well after everything, and a year goes by, we had some wind and rain. I found water inside the door. I called them up and told Carlos the owner about it, and his 1st question was how long has it been? Because you only get 1 year. I told him its been 1 year and 1 month. He set an appointment with me to come look at why the water was coming in and never showed up and never even called me. There are lots of other companies that do this and dont send third party contractors that don't know what they are doing. My neighbor hired a different company and has two times the amount of windows my apartment has and that company came in with 4 guys and completed everything in a half of day. Not to mention the guys this company sent left a mess out in the hallway of the apartments. Carlos saw the mess and asked me if that was left there by his guys and i told him yes. He didn't even offer to clean it up or to send his guys back out to clean it up. Instead i had to go out there with a bucket of water and soap and a scrub broom to clean it all up. They are not worth the trouble and unprofessionalism no repair or replacement of damaged vertical blinds, no show on appointment when he was supposed to come look at why water is coming through the sliding door. The company that replaced my neighbors windows not only did everything in a half of day, they left everything clean and you would never know they were even there. Save yourself the hassle. I went through this bad experience and decided to post this review so that YOU don't have to go through it. I hope this helps in making a better decision that i made.

I came to the office with my broken glass and Val (Valentine) promptly cut the glass using the measurements that I had provided to him. When I tried it at home, I found out that my measurements are off on 1/16". I came back to the shop and Val cut a new glass. I offered to pay, but his wife Maria told me that I do not have to do it. I do not think today you can find any business with such honest and nice people. They have been in the glass and mirror business for 47 years! I highly recommend 'Val Glass & Mirror'. Edward.

I busted my window out my room. it was only half of the window that needed to be repaired.. 'twas the window that slid up and down as well as the part that holds the window up (when it's opened all the way) needed to be replaced. They did it in a timely manner. It took 30 minutes for him to place a new glass on my window frame (I removed the broken glass out of the frame to be replaced before I came in, if u didn't already peep) and 30 minutes to dry. I got my window in 30 minutes as they promised. They also came on time for our appointment at my house to do the rest of the repair. It was done within 45 minutes. After that, I also brought up that my screen needed to be replaced or fixed. he was able to give me color options for my screen and took it with him after our appointment, . Very polite and courteous. The only thing that was a little inconvenience is that it was gonna take about five days before I could pick up the screen. I knew I was gonna be busy that week and that I was gonna be so caught up. Couple days later, I certainly did forget about the screen until today lol. Totally my fault though! Overall, I would definitely refer anybody to come here to get new windows or even for window repairs. America's window and door store definitely was a big help and we're the only ones able to come through to help me with 1 window.

We told Andy that our building only allows vendors in the building until 4 pm. We asked Andy to call us when the tech. was leaving for our home. At 3 pm, we called to speak to Andy, who was "...busy with a customer. " We told the young lady that we really wanted to speak to him. However, we were not able to speak directly. Was not pushy at all very comfortable , Pricing is in the middle . Couple day signed up ,he explained everything to me about process again. In two weeks, called me told me my windows will be there in about a week or so and permit is in the City. Week later the installation crew came , greeted me Very nice crew ,asked me were wanted to start. Each room they did clean up , clean the windows drop clothes .
